Quick response to initial call about a broken part. They were ahead of schedule and called on my cell. Very courteous and as I was driving to meet them called again with questions so they could be ready upon my arrival. They then explained all the options, prices, alternatives, in writing on the i pad. They programmed the cars to control the door and explained other I phone options. They were thorough in their work, were concerned that everything was done correctly, and even called in assistance due to the size of the ultimate work. Joshua Figueroa and his assistant Wayne were excellent. The company was recommended to us by our AC team and they were right on. Thank you.

Thank you Precision Door. Your Residential Technician Joshua Figueroa was excellent. He was very knowledgable and took the time to explain what was wron, how it most likely occured and gave us various options on what we needed and what each step would cost. Joshua was very timely on making our repair. Our fix although was rather expensive, but fair, and because of the type of tech that Joshua was we will definatley be using Prcision Overhead door for our future needs.
