The cost was a bit more then I expected but he did a great job and the door has never been this quite. This is the 3rd time I have used Precision but the first time at this house.. The previous owner of the house I just bought in April had the garage door spring replaced in January and was very pleased with the service provided, which is why I decided to contact Precision when my door started acting flaky. Sure enough, I was just as satisfied with the service and the tech, Matt. He walked into my garage and knew the problem right away. Once he replaced the safety sensors, the door worked like a charm! I will definitely keep Precision on speed dial if my garage door misbehaves again!
