We called based on the positive customer reviews. We called for service a little after noon, a prompt, friendly agent listened to our request and let us know immediately when they could get a technician to our home. Edward arrived on time and was very specific in what was needed to repair the door at a reasonable cost - No Suprises. We also received an emailed electronic invoice (perfect for those who keep files electronically)and a follow-up to make sure we had a positive experience. Highly recommend.

Blake was on time, very informative, and performed a thorough check up on our doors via an Angies List special. We are planning o buy new doors, and though he isn't a salesman he was very informative. This kind of service on something simple, will very likely turn into a much larger sale.( Still companies out and about who don't realize that the little things count!) I'm very satisfied with the product itself. The Precision Doors replaced another brand name product. These doors are super quite. The Service Tech., Matt, was very professional. His knowledge and his customer service skills are very exemplary. Not only did he identify the problem, he pointed it out to me in detail. That's what I really liked. Demeanor of an employee speaks volumes of a company. You have a good one in Matt.

Many thanks to Precision Garage Door Service. The brackets on our gargage door had deteriorated and we couldn't open or close the door. It's 41 degress in Clearwater and it was eminent that we get our door fixed so it would close. A very kind and courteous Techinician, John Tsangarinos, showed up quickly to repair the brackets. My technician Doug was fantastic. The problem with my door was very minor, but I was also aware that my door was very old and noisy and probably might have more complicated problems in the future. Doug carefully outlined options, explained what each would accomplish as well as warranty information. He was very personable and professional. Precision was recommended to me by several friends, and I will continue to pass the recommendations along. I couldn't be happier with my service.
