I’m very happy with the service I received. I was so glad someone could come out on a Saturday as I couldn’t even manually open my door to get my car out. Jose Rosario was fantastic in all respects. He even went the extra mile, way above the call of duty. When I said I was going to leave my car in the driveway for a while so I could sweep out the whole garage, he saw the electric blower and insisted he blow it out for me. Precision replaced my opener system a few years ago and this was the 1st time it needed service... just a new backup battery which was covered under warranty...what a pleasant surprise! We had heard about Precision on radio commercials by Mason Dixon on Oldies 105 so thought we would give them a call when the spring broke on our garage door. Naturally it was a weekend but they came out on Sunday within a couple hours to do the repairs. Chris Johnson was our tech and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced both springs and our bad track rollers very quickly. If we ever have any further issues with our garage door we will definitely give Precision our business!
