I’m very happy with the service I received. I was so glad someone could come out on a Saturday as I couldn’t even manually open my door to get my car out. Jose Rosario was fantastic in all respects. He even went the extra mile, way above the call of duty. When I said I was going to leave my car in the driveway for a while so I could sweep out the whole garage, he saw the electric blower and insisted he blow it out for me. Wow.....was happy to not have to go out and do that. Thanks so much! Lynette LoCurcio

Maintenance service was completed quickly and the replacement part I needed was installed along with instructions being left for any changes I might want to make. Precision replaced my opener system a few years ago and this was the 1st time it needed service... just a new backup battery which was covered under warranty...what a pleasant surprise!
