Dear Jim Rapp, I just want you to know that Joshua Page was the most professional patient person to put up with all my questions on why my garage door wasn't working. He came took his time went through the whole garage door to explain what the problems were and how he could fix them. He is a GEM. The door is perfect. I cant thank Josh enough.

Great job done by James. He gave us 4 options and was very good at explaining what each would entail. We were shocked when he said he could finish the job today. We called in the morning and were operational in just a couple hours! Our technician Tim was very knowledgeable and professional and serviced our garage door. We are very happy with the service we received from Christian. He was very thorough checking the entire garage door system to see what was wrong with it. He explained what all the problems were and the different options to either just fix the problem or replace the old and broken parts. He was extremely courteous and got everything done within a few hours. I don't know how one person can do all that work by themselves but he did a wonderful job. He showed us many different things with the new garage door system. Christian is a great technician and if you can request him I would definitely recommend it.

I chose Precision based on the good reviews of all the services they provide. Precision's staff and the installer (Mike Boyle) was very professional and very through in doing their job and making sure the customer was aware of what was taking place. My garage door opener was long overdue and had served us well, we had an original "Over Door" garage door opener installed when we had or home build 25 years ago, which finally died. I liked that Mike came in and did the necessary test to assure the remote/opener, etc had really died before quickly resorting to quickly trying to sell me a new garage door opener, like many companies try to do, before assessing the problem. Thus far I'm happy that I chose Precision for my garage door issue, and I will be recommending Precision to anyone I know that may have any garage issues. Thanks Precision and Mike.
