The technician (Zack H) was very professional and explained my options without trying to sell me something I didn't need. Will use you for future garage door needs. In less than 24 hours not only was my garage door repaired, but it was actually left in a better condition than when installed brand new. My technician Austin was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and diligent in his work ethic. Austin put me at ease, provided multiple solutions, explained the pro's and con's of each route, and allowed me to make the decision on my own. Brian Harmon was my tech and he was super. Altho the issue I had with my unit (burned out circuit board) was not repairable by him due to parts having to come from another company, he diagnosed the problem and fully explained what was wrong and why it happened. 1. Why I chose Precision: Prior customer, as well as Service 24/7 2. Service Performed by Kevin, was truly 5 stars. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Quickly understood my concerns, and after a thorough test and check of both my garage doors (RV Door & Dual Auto door), he walked me trough what was causing my issues, and explained how he would be able to correct the faults. Following my authorization to proceed, he performed the necessary procedures, including replacement of parts; and then thoroughly went through a demonstration of both doors and their performance, asking me if I was able to notice the difference. Almost back to what I remembered when they were initially installed! Thank you very much! I truly believe "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is what business should concentrate more on. Your firm is excellent in this category.

Fantastic customer service! Very friendly and respectful of my home. Extremely knowledgeable about service and parts. Michael F took the time to explain all options for repair and service. He was efficient and did an excellent job. My garage door works well and the noise reduction is amazing!
