Chad Donovan was my tech. I thought he was very helpful explaining that my 20 year old door was in bad shape. It was seating sideways. He gave me the option to fix it verses a new one. After giving me a price , I decided to go with a new one. He worked on my door for a couple of hours to get it straight till my new one gets installed.

Called your Lakeland number to ask how change my keypad code. The person in the office said that would look up how to do it, than he said he man in the area and that he could do it. I asked about the service call he their was not one if work was done. He did not mention the fuel charge or how much it would cost. When he arrived he did not mention how much it would cost till it was done. The bill was $69.00 for five minutes work, that office could have told me how to do it. I think that is bad business. This is not the first time I used your company. I bought the openier from you and had other work done also. I think the bill was was to high for the work done especially when it could have been done over the phone.

Called on Saturday morning tech was John Tsangarinos who arrived at house. All around great person. Garage would not open with opener he explained the problems and the options we had. Work was performed at a professional manner. Garage door has never worked so good. Thanks again.

5 Star is my rating because Michael Graves did an Outstanding job analyzing my existing failed opener, gave me options and pricing for replacing my unit, and performed an excellent install....all in the same day. He explained all the elements and how-to's of my new Linear system. It is super quiet and very efficient. Michael is a very friendly and personable technician as well as a knowledgeable tech who I would highly recommend...as well as Precision.

Your man Chris did a superior job of replacing the worn-out springs and rollers, including a coating of the garage door to help it work more efficiently.
