Our first experience with Prestige was in October 2015 when our garage door opener failed to work.not knowing who to call we saw the TV add and we called. From the initial call which was handled by a professional office staff member to the gentlemen who were dispatched to our home they arrived on time and took care of the issues. Now today we called with an issue and again everything went smoothly and Hunter appeared on time took care of the issue. He was totally professional sized up the issue and took care of it. Having put off service to my squawking garage door for too long,Wednesday morning found my car trapped in the garage by a broken cable secondary to a broken spring. I hooked a ride to work -- called Precision and asked if someone could come repair the situation on or after 6 PM, Wednesday night. Got that set up and about 7 PM "Wesley" bounded into my messy situation. What a nice guy! And what an assiduous worker. In about 2 hours, he had replaced the entire opening system with top rated equipment. Talk about a hale fellow well met! He isn't just a great mechanic, he also immediately becomes "Your Friend!" My entire garage door opening system, two new remotes and my vehicle garage door opening system were all in PERFECT working order, with the garage door opening so quietly that I thought it wasn't in action. Our technician, David, arrived promptly, friendly and very knowledgeable. He offered options for our issue and had all parts needed on the truck. That was nice to know that he didn't have to postpone the repair to another day. David was very thorough and did the replacement of everything needed with promptness in a very professional manner. Precision was very prompt - had an appointment time ("Noon to Four") and they arrived minutes before Noon. I was also advised approximately 30 minutes prior they would be heading my way shortly. The tech (Craig Earle) knew what he was doing, was courteous, and had the work done within about 2.5 hours. He also worked with my warranty company directly, arranged all billing, and I did not need to worry about anything. There was quite a bit of work to be done - main issue was broken springs, but also received new cables, wheels, and rollers on the door itself. I was / am very satisfied.

James was on time and is a very courteous and neat worker. We could tell he had a meticulous work ethic. He did not rush us and answered all of our questions about the adjustment and the new opener. When he finished the install he went over all the features of the opener and demonstrated how to use the keypad and the remote controls. He also went over all the safety features of the door and opener. Precision installed the door two years ago and if we need service again we would not hesitate to call Precision and ask for James. I was in Michigan during the hurricane, I believe we had power outages during Sept-November which caused my key pad to loose its memory. Jordon arrived and reprogrammed the keypad, and everything works fine. This time Jordon left me the instructions on how to reprogram my key pad. Jordon was prompted, called before he arrived and very polite. It was an honor dealing with Jordon and your company.
