Used Precision Door when Hurricane Irma came through Winter Have in 2017 and did thousands of dollars' worth of damage. Had lightning damage to the door. Precicon was reliable, on time and courteous! You can talk to them directly and not a computer!

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is FANTASTIC!! They installed a new door opener for me in November of 2021. The opener for whatever reason had started malfunctioning (had a life of its own) I called last week and set up an appointment for today for them to hopefully resolve the problem. The opener was of course still under warranty and some companies would still spend hours trying to fix the problem or only getting it to sort of work. Precision didn't mess around they removed the bad unit and replaced it with a brand new one in no time at all and the best part everything was covered under the warranty, even the service call! The technicians including the guy who originally installed the unit were super friendly and happy to explain everything that was going on and to answer any question I might have had. This company can't be beat. If you need service give them a call! Thank you Precision.

I called on Friday Aug. 13th 2022 and I explain the issue I was having to customer which was the garage would not go up but the motor was making noise. I explained to her that I could pull it up and I could secure it and that it was not an emergency and she set up an appointment time for the next day Aug. 13th. The service guy called to let me know he was on his way. My service rep. was Charles Sherwood, he was very professional, answered all my questions, very courteous, and finished the job in a timely manner. He explained to me other things I need to get replaced in reference to other parts of my garage. Overall I was very satisfied with the performance. He explained how the equipment worked, and cleaned up. I am so glad I called Precision they truly live up to there name. If you want it done right call Precision! price was very fair and reasonable!

I was quite impressed! After another company blew me off and never showed up, I called Precision. The person I talked to was helpful and able to set me up with an appointment the very next day. My technician was professional, and explained everything to me. I found the price to fix my garage door to be quite reasonable and will be sure to use them again. Matter of fact, I plan on recommending them to my neighbors! Great job!

Zack came out and was courteous and kind. Showed us the different areas causing the problem and wasn’t trying to sell us anything. He gave us several options and we ended up getting a new opener and several other parts for the door. Works great now and is much quieter. Really happy with the work and will request him again if we need any help in the future.

I called Precision because of family reference and TV commercial about having parts usually available on the repair trucks. Was pleasantly surprised when told there would not be an additional charge for Sunday repair. Technician was prompt, courteous and professional. Replacement opener was installed in less than two hours. I am a very satisfied customer.

The reason I chose Precision is because I called the them a while back to replace the big spring and replace rollers with new ones. They did such and good job and was quick, I decided to use them again. The gentleman put a Precision sticker on inside of door and got phone number when door would not close last night! Very personable, very knowledgeable,, very thorough, very fair,, and very trustworthy. Highly recommended. We called b/c opener wasn't opening the door. When James tried it ans it opened! Upon inspection he pointed out some deficiencies with our 30 year old door and 15 yo opener. We decided to replace everything. It was completely our decision. He didn't pressure us at all. Very satisfied.
