I had the pleasure of meeting Luke. . He is professional,explanatory,kind,patient, I could go on. My experience with Luke was exceptional. He did an impeccable job. He restored life into a door I thought had otherwise seen its last days and I attest it’s better now then the 11 years I’ve lived here leading up to the repairs Luke performed. . A gesture made by Luke that I feel is very important to summarize his person.:: Amazon came while Luke was going to his truck for materials towards the end of the job,at which point I’m sure he was exasperated from working in a hot garage. . The Amazon delivery man was walking with 4 large boxes stacked taller than he could see. Luke seen this and stopped what he was doing to take off the top 2 and walk them inside with me and I was 100% comfortable with him doing so, I felt as though my friend was giving me a hand. . Great guy,incredible work. 8 thumbs up from myself and my children But especially me, knowing I can rest easy With confidence that my garage door is securely in place and my home is safe once again. . On Sun., New Year's day I called to leave a message our door was not working and to my surprise they called back and sent a tech out that afternoon!! Ryan was very pleasant and replaced the motor under warranty but it still did not work, so he replaced it again with a larger motor and it works great!! The service and guarantee of Precision is heads above the rest, and we are spreading the good news to family/friends who may someday need to have their garage door fixed or replaced.

We had Precision come out and replace the sensors on our door a month ago and started having issues, when I called they came out same day and fixed our sensors with it completely covered under warranty. Luke was amazing and so nice, we will continue to use this company in the future for all of our service needs!

Christopher Wyckoff arrived earlier than expected. He assessed our problem and gave us a couple of options on repair. We chose a more permanent option. He repaired our door very quickly and now it operates very smoothly and quietly. Very pleased with him and his work. Very pleased with the company, because I called them in the morning and my door was repaired before dark.

Having trouble with the present door opener for 20' door that had to be built out, called you for the job but was not something your company did. Unfortunately the gentleman that did do the job was just okay as later we started discovering. Travis from your company, as usual, looked all the work over because when he arrived everything was working again. But underneath there was alot not right,. just awaiting to stop again. He worked long and hard to fix and replace all that was wrong and get us both safe and secure knowing the door would open and close. Thank you for a great job.

The hurricane took out the motor on our garage door. I was able to schedule a repair in just 2 days. The technician, Chris was on time, professional, and had a great personality. He explained the issue and provided several alternatives to replace the motor. He came the next day with the new equipment, and the job was completed in an amazingly short time. He explained all the features and when he left I felt like he was a friend.

We chose Precision for our "Post Ian" garage door repair as a result of a previous excellent experience with the company. We could not have asked for any better experience than we had yesterday. When we called Precision, they gave us a range of time when they would be able to get to us and advised that our technician would be in touch before coming. Arnold Sinmpson, the technician who was assigned to us, called to advise when he would be to our house and was there well within the projected time from our original call. After we had lost power we opened our garage door manually, however we inadvertently created a problem so that once power was restored the door would not then close. Mr. Simpson made certrain that he understood what we had done, analyzed the situation, and explained our options and the costs involved. We at no time felt pressured and understood what he was telling us. Mr. Simpson did an outstanding job in both his explanation and his installation of the new parts that were needed. After installation, he carefully explained the differences in how our door opener would operate now versus to the pre-storm operatrion. I cannot be any more empanhtic in saying what an outstanding and professional job Arnold Simpson did. He is an outstanding representative for Precision and I would recommend both the company and Mr.Simpson without reservation.

Our initial contact was with Brian Harmon, he was very helpful with our decision to replace the broken spring or replace the whole door. We replaced the door. The installers were Andrew Lachance and Tyler Cope, they did an excellent job of installing the new door and took the time to explain the controls and options. Dear Sir; you folks replaced my garage door springs on Friday. The price quoted to me was $612. I am 80 years old and did check prices with any other company. After talking with my neighbor this person told me he had the same thing last week and the charge was $295. After hearing this information I checked with three local companies and they quoted me prices of $295 and $345. I did not check prices since you folks have excellent reputation. How do you justify a $300 price difference. I certainly hope this was an error on the technical's part. please respond as I am very unhappy. Carl T. Mosbarger
