I called Precision because of family reference and TV commercial about having parts usually available on the repair trucks. Was pleasantly surprised when told there would not be an additional charge for Sunday repair. Technician was prompt, courteous and professional. Replacement opener was installed in less than two hours. I am a very satisfied customer.

The reason I chose Precision is because I called the them a while back to replace the big spring and replace rollers with new ones. They did such and good job and was quick, I decided to use them again. The gentleman put a Precision sticker on inside of door and got phone number when door would not close last night! When I call for service today ( Sunday ) I ask operator to make sure service man had a new opener. He replace it and works great. K.Morris

Very personable, very knowledgeable,, very thorough, very fair,, and very trustworthy. Highly recommended. We called b/c opener wasn't opening the door. When James tried it ans it opened! Upon inspection he pointed out some deficiencies with our 30 year old door and 15 yo opener. We decided to replace everything. It was completely our decision. He didn't pressure us at all. Very satisfied.

We called Precision and asked them about getting a new garage door. They sent out Jack, a representative to speak with us and we scheduled the installation. The day of the installation arrived and Andrew arrived and went right to work. I was surprised he was by himself but we saw right away that he was more than capable. He worked tirelessly and carefully, making sure to install everything just as we had requested. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our questions. We had a whole new system installed with a brand new door, outside key pad, inside garage control and two controls for our cars. He explained how we could use wifi to open and close our garage door remotely and showed us all the features of our new door. Andrew was absolutely wonderful! We highly recommend Precision Garage door to anyone needing garage door repair or replacement!

Amazing experience I highly recommend this company. Robert was my technician. Not only did he fix the issue I had but was honest and didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. As a matter of fact I was the one that inquired on a replacement option just because my motor for the garage sounds a bit rough. Robert explained to me clearly the reason for the rough noise and gave me options based on what I was looking for. Long story short as soon as the holidays are gone I’m going with one of the options the he recommended. Couldn’t speak better for precision the name says it all thank you precision and above all thank you Robert for your hard work and most important your honesty.

I discovered the garage door spring was broken about 9 AM on a Saturday morning, and called Precision immediately. The young woman on the phone was very polite and said a technician would be there between Noon and 4 PM. Andy Peck arrived about 2:30 PM and was very personable, helpful, and did an incredible job. He explained everything that needed to be done and other things that could be done but were not immediate needs. He was very honest. I felt like I was in good hands. The job was completed by 4 PM and I could not be happier.

Previously John Pappas serviced the garage door when it would only go down half way. He fixed this probably 1 1/2 yr ago. I saved his card, and he left a spray can to lube the rails periodically. When my door wouldn't budge this morning, I sprayed & sprayed to try & get it to move. It wouldn't! I knew your people would help, so I called for service again.
