A 10++ for the professional and friendly service Arnold and Stefan gave us to reprogram our garage door opener, remotes, and vehicles. And Arnold was very patient as we wrote down all the instructions on “how to” the reprogramming procedure. Highly-no-HIGHLY recommend Precision. They installed our new garage door and hardware a year ago and they continue to raise the bar on world class service. Simply put, none better, they beat the competition hands down!!

If I could give this company 1000000000 stars, I would!! They replaced my garage door opener back in 2019 and the level of professionalism was beyond anything I could’ve expected!! So, when I started having issues with the remotes, I called and spoke to a wonderful young lady who was able to get me an appointment on the same day! The technician, Orion, was so kind, caring and helpful!! He was kind enough to check my equipment, and showed me an issue I hadn’t seen! He was able to fix it easily & showed me the fix. His kindness was huge for me as I am battling cancer & he was patient and understanding when I lost my train of thought or asked dumb questions—he truly CARED about my door and safety! He never pressured me to fix it and offered options to keep expenses affordable!! This company is truly Customer oriented & I will never use any other company and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a garage door company who puts customers FIRST!!!
