Garage door wasn’t closing completely so we called Precision for a service call as they’ve previously serviced the door/opener. The technician observed an issue with the existing garage door opener belt. Since Precision no longer carries the brand, Linear, we decided to replace it with Genie. Tech replaced it and fully explained how to operate.

We had all of the components except the door replaced. The technicians inspected the door and operating mechanisms. They were very thorough in explaining what needed to be replaced and why. In 10 min provided me with a quote. Since they had all the parts and started the replacement process. When they were done, they explained and demonstrated all the features. Very pleased with the process and workmanship.

Fantastic service! I contacted the company at 11:30 AM and the service technician S. R. arrived at 1:30 PM. Within 20 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate with all of the reasoning. Upon completion, he cleaned up after himself, including blowing the debris out of the garage that was not even his. It was a reasonable price and great customer service.
