These guys are the real deal- I had an emergency and Scott came almost immediately, diagnosed the problem, and ordered parts for what was a pretty ancient piece of equipment. When the work proved more than the estimate quoted, he stuck to the original agreement, completed the job on time, and it's now working better than ever. I wont say I look forward to it breaking again, but I know exactly who I'll call if it does.
