I previously used this company (different office) several years ago for my personal home and had a great experience, which is why I chose them again when I needed garage door repairs for one of my property management clients. Unfortunately, this experience was completely different. From the beginning, my interactions with the field technician felt unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional. It became apparent that even the technician recognized the interaction was not going well, as he involved his supervisor. Initially, I felt that would help resolve the situation, but after the homeowner approved the repairs, the same aggressive behavior continued. My biggest concern, however, was the pricing and communication. Before the work began, a final price was discussed and communicated to me. I relayed that amount to my client and specifically told her that was the total she should expect to pay. After the job was completed, I requested a copy of the paid invoice for my records and discovered the amount charged was higher than the price that had been communicated to me. It's possible the homeowner was informed of or agreed to the higher amount directly, but if that occurred, I was never included in that conversation despite being the property manager coordinating the repair. The lack of communication created confusion and undermined the trust my client places in me. I reached out to the company and requested a call from management to discuss my concerns, but I never received a response. As a property manager, I rely on contractors who communicate clearly, behave professionally, and honor the pricing and expectations they establish. Between the technician's conduct, the breakdown in communication regarding pricing, and the lack of follow-up from management, I have lost confidence in this company and will not be using or recommending them in the future.

Precision garage did an excellent job on my garage door repair. The springs broke for the garage door, fortunately they were under warranty and precision came right out the next day to repair. They went over everything in details, provided some maintenance tips. Excellent job!!!!

Saturday Night we heard an awful crash from our garage. Noticed the coil spring on the garage door was broken. Booked appointment for Sunday (no extra service charge). Sunday morning John arrived early and within a few hours my garage door worked better than ever. Very satisfied with their service.

Angel was my technician today who replaced my garage door opener, which had finally fallen apart after 24 years. He explained everything in great detail why it was no longer working and not repairable. He installed a new motor, removed all old debris, and explained how to work all the buttons and operate the opener. He sprayed all the rollers to make it work smoothly. My new Genie garage door opener is working great! I highly recommend Angel for his genuine, great attitude and attention to detail! When I called this morning, the woman who answered the phone was helpful as well, and sent me a text message with a photo of the technician as well as the approximate time he would arrive. From the time I made the phone call until the time the job was complete was less than three hours! That’s pretty awesome! Thank you everyone for getting things done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Much appreciated!
