The entire job was done well. Since I requested insulation as well as hurricane protection. The job took all day to complete. More so after I had to add a new genie towards the end which took even more time. Cole explained everything as he worked and answered all the questions I had(which were many). Since I didn’t get any other estimates, it is hard for me to say if price was reasonable or not. I am very happy with the door and all the work that was done. What I liked even more was that when I called with a concern, they arranged for Cole to come back and take care of the issue. That was taken care of immediately and I’m as happy as can be. These guys are the real deal- I had an emergency and Scott came almost immediately, diagnosed the problem, and ordered parts for what was a pretty ancient piece of equipment. When the work proved more than the estimate quoted, he stuck to the original agreement, completed the job on time, and it's now working better than ever. I wont say I look forward to it breaking again, but I know exactly who I'll call if it does.
