We chose Precision Overhead Garage Door company because we have done business with them in the past and were very satisfied. They rebuilt the garage door for us at a previously owned residence, and did basically the same thing today at our new home. The technician arrived on time and was obviously very experienced and well-trained. He went over in detail what needed to be done and gave me a list of options to choose from. He completed the job in one day, cleaned up any debris left and gave us a thorough briefing on how to use the door. We are very pleased.

My garage door torsion spring had broken, leaving it inoperable. I called precision and they came right out at my convenience. The Technician, Robert, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to replace the springs and bearings, which were completely worn out. The door now is working like new. Very pleased with the service, price and quality of parts.

Charles was our technician and he performed an amazing job in replacing our garage door spring that broke. He also did a check a complete inspection of the door and rollers to make sure everything was working fine and even lubed the rollers. I will definitely be using Precision again if the need arises.

Mid afternoon suddenly our garage door wouldn't close. I found Precision on the web with a Google search. The office was very professional and sent me a repair man within a few hours since I was worried about leaving the garage exposed and entrance to our house through the whole night. Sean took only about 5 minutes to find the problem, which turned out to be very minor. I'm grateful for the fast response and professional service the company and the repair man provided. Highly recommend this company.

Contacted Precision due to a damaged belt on garage door opener Within 3 hours Manual showed up on a Saturday to assess my situation.He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with options for proper repair. My garage door problem is solved and done so very well by a terrific young man named John. He was so professional, so intelligent and just so nice. He worked hard and constantly and made my really problem garage door work like a brand new door. I cannot say enough nice things about this young man. I was so impressed with the level of service I received from the very beginning. I was uncertain, when deciding what gauge to purchase for my new garage door, so Anastasia had an executive, Carlos, call me to explain and put me at ease on my decision. I also had a unique situation with overhead storage inside my garage. Two other companies told me I would have to remove my storage, but Precision came up with a solution so I could keep my storage, Jesus and Nicholas explained to me in detail how we could make it work. They couldn’t have been any nicer. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.
