Vlad our installer did a great job, taking off the old garage door and installing the new one, including new garage door opener and new Torsion spring system. On Christmas Day, my garage door opener cable broke. The next day December 26th, called Precision Garage Doors and was shocked to learn I could get a service appointment within 4 hours on the same day. Within two hours the service technician (Dylan) arrived and diagnosed my problem. Within 45 minutes a new belt drive was installed and my garage door opener was working as good as new! Dylan was very professional and did a great job!! Should my needs arise again, I would certainly not hesitate to use Precision Garage Doors in the future.
