Chris showed up on time and called with an ETA. After explaining the problem he went thru several checks to diagnose what was wrong. He was very thorough and made some minor changes to the door to help it work smoother and quieter. He seems to have fixed the problem. The technician, Bob, was very professional and courteous. My original problem was the door opener, but upon inspection, Bob explained what the cause of the problem. He also gave me the option if I wanted just a repair or replacement. My garage door of 16 years wasn't working properly. Upon completion of job, Bob explained how everything works. He removed everything and left the place clean.

After the hurricane and loss of power, I realized that my door wasn't able to stay up by itself. John came and adjusted it and explained how to re-attach it, in the future, when power is restored.
