I received same day service when I heard a bang from the garage door motor upon opening or closing. Door would not come down to the garage floor leaving a small opening. Cameron quickly identified the issue to be the motor on the 10 year old Linear motor. Within an hour and a half, a new Genie opener was installed. This seems to be an upgrade to the previous Linear and is Wi-Fi enabled. Precision will always be my first choice for service and/or replacement.

This organization were quintessential professionals from our initial interaction with sales all the way through customer service to installation. I had a difficult time making a decision on the wood look or a painted door and our sales representative, I’m not sure of her name but I think it was Ashley, was amazingly patient, provided all kinds of places I could ride around to look at ideas, and in the end she gave me some really good advice. The installation was very efficient and the young man was thorough and well versed in providing instructions. No surprise here why Precision was recommended to me by my neighbor and why I feel they are number one, at least in my book! Thank you to all.

Followup diagnostic visit recommended new motor for the garage opener. Once the second tech listened to the motor, remote, sensors, switch all were replaced. Wow you can bearly hear the doors open now. We had a SUNDAY morning service call. We were given followup appointment reminders and updates as to when the tech was on his way. The repair was well within our budget. The tech was informing us thru the repairs and very thorough.

Precision comes when you call and the tech. arrives the time they say they will arrive. The techs. are professional and explain what they are doing to do before they do it. My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was great from beginning to end. It was easy to make an appointment online for next day service. The gentleman that came out was on time and thoroughly reviewed my system. Once the problems were noted, he installed a new garage door opener to me and servicing my garage door. He explained in detail all that I needed to know about the system. I was very impressed with the service.

So, when I started having issues with the remotes, I called and spoke to a wonderful young lady who was able to get me an appointment on the same day! The technician, Orion, was so kind, caring and helpful!! He was kind enough to check my equipment, and showed me an issue I hadn’t seen! He was able to fix it easily & showed me the fix. His kindness was huge for me as I am battling cancer & he was patient and understanding when I lost my train of thought or asked dumb questions—he truly CARED about my door and safety! He never pressured me to fix it and offered options to keep expenses affordable!! Prompt and on time! Very professional and customer oriented representative. Issue was clearly defined as a paint situation, which causes panels to stick together during extended closed periods with garage doors facing in a north easterly direction; and when opened the first time after this extended period, the panels pull apart during initial opening, and create a loud "bang" noise! Not an issue (other than the initial noise) that may cause further concern. Precision truly has well trained staff, not just for workmanship, but more importantly, extremely customer friendly, and patient! Thank you,
