Mid afternoon suddenly our garage door wouldn't close. I found Precision on the web with a Google search. The office was very professional and sent me a repair man within a few hours since I was worried about leaving the garage exposed and entrance to our house through the whole night. Sean took only about 5 minutes to find the problem, which turned out to be very minor. I'm grateful for the fast response and professional service the company and the repair man provided. Highly recommend this company.

Contacted Precision due to a damaged belt on garage door opener Within 3 hours Manual showed up on a Saturday to assess my situation.He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with options for proper repair. Manual kept me informed on each aspect of repair and the mechanics behind it. Successful repairs were promptly made at a reasonable price. Manual was very personable and professional. The entire process from scheduling to final repair was very easy. I highly recommend this company.

My garage door problem is solved and done so very well by a terrific young man named John. He was so professional, so intelligent and just so nice. He worked hard and constantly and made my really problem garage door work like a brand new door. I cannot say enough nice things about this young man.
