Sean Wolf came over and did an incredible job helping us with our messed up garage door. Extremely friendly, very professional, honest, and provided plenty of options to help us find a short-term and/or long-term solution. Pricing, in my personal opinion, was reasonable and we can hear and see a definite improvement to the performance of our garage door after he came in and helped us. I highly recommend Precision garage door service and will definitely reach out to them again in the future when needed! PS - Scheduling an appointment was very easy and the woman I spoke with (irritated I cannot remember her name) was extremely kind and helpful. In our case, we got an appointment next day even though we called later on in the evening (around 7pm). 10/10

The entire job was done well. Since I requested insulation as well as hurricane protection. The job took all day to complete. More so after I had to add a new genie towards the end which took even more time. Cole explained everything as he worked and answered all the questions I had(which were many). Since I didn’t get any other estimates, it is hard for me to say if price was reasonable or not. I am very happy with the door and all the work that was done. What I liked even more was that when I called with a concern, they arranged for Cole to come back and take care of the issue. That was taken care of immediately and I’m as happy as can be. I will definitely, without a doubt, recommend precision to my friends and neighbors. Thank you
