Great customer service and fair pricing. Technician was punctual, friendly and reasonable. He analyzed the operation of my garage door and then listed several parts that did NOT need to be replaced, which made it clear that he was not trying to overcharge me. Precision Door Service is no less than a 5 ??????????Company. They have been on target both times I used their services for my garage door which sounded like a bulldozer. We had a lighting strike and we called and Chad came out immediately and replaced our garage door opener in no time at all. He was professional and a very nice guy. He even programmed my husbands car so he could continue to use the built in opener he was used to. Very happy with the service and will use them again if we have any other problems.

Absolutely 5 stars experience! After I received over $400 quote from a different company who told me I would have to replace some parts to be able to operate my garage door, Mike came over and told me no parts had to be replaced. It took him less than 2 minutes to have my garage door back working. Mike also did a complete check up and charged me nothing!! This is probably the most honest garage door company! I will definitely use them only for any needs in the future. Highly recommend. Thank you Mike!

I am very fortunate that my son noticed my popped spring as the opener was still operating. Not knowing what to expect as it was the weekend, I let my fingers do the walking...beginning with Precision, who operates 7 days per week at the same rates. As I called others, I kept coming back to Precision...the rates and times of others did not compare and some even asked you to leave a message. So, back to Precision I went, setting up an appointment for Sunday morning. My technician, Joseph, was exceptionally personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained how the damage could have progressed had my son not seen the popped spring....definitely more costly than my repair cost. I was as pleased as I could be, especially living on disability, with my repair cost and my repairman. I will contact Precision in the future and will also ask for Joseph. Homeowners....listen to your openers, check them periodically....don't assume, as I did, that because it opens and closes that it is okay....check it, look at it, listen to it.

Everything about my service was great. My garage door needed to be repaired and I had never had this done before. After doing a little research I scheduled an appointment with Precision. I needn't have worried because everything went great. The guys showed up on time, were very friendly and explained the entire process to me as they went along. They showed me how to use all the features and even how to open the garage door in the event of a power outage. They even gave me a discount on one of the services. Overall it could not have gone better. I'm glad I got it done and I could not be happier with my new garage door opener. Who knew it could be so quiet! Thank you again.

When the main spring broke on our garage door this morning about 10:30am, I called Precision, a company we had used before with great results. Their man, Brian Harmon, was at our house by 12 Noon. He explained why the spring had eventually broken and not only replaced it in a matter of less that two hours, but also did a very thorough job of doing a little preventive maintenance on our other door--no charge there. He left me with a new can of lubrication and showed me where to use it periodically on the proper parts of the door. Brian was an incredibly courteous and pleasant young man to speak with and he kept me up to date on what he was doing at all times. He is a great representative of a company that we have used for almost fifteen years. I would recommend them both to anyone with a garage door problem.
