Outstanding service! Within a few hours from my call, there was a service man at my home. Matthew Cipolla was the technician who solved all my garage door problems. We needed hinges replaced, springs, reinforcement brackets, reinforcement strut, and a new bottom seal. Matt reviewed the cost of repairs with me and all parts were with him in a fully stocked van. I highly recommend Precision, their technician was thorough and explained everything. Thank you !

Mike did a quick and efficient job in fixing the photo eye of the door closer. It was not closing when the sunlight was bright on the door opening. Now it works and there was no charge since the work came under the first year electrical warranty. Greatly appreciate the quick scheduling and work completion.

I'm giving them 10 stars. Not only were they extremely pleasant on the phone my tech explained all my options as far as additional work that I might want to have done the the future.I had my torsion springs replaced and sensors changed out in a little over 1.5 hours. I made numerous calls to other companies last week and for the most part they sounded like they were reading script - very impersonal! Precision will be my go to in the future.

We were very pleased yesterday after calling about a broken belt drive, that the repair technician came within a specified time. Jose was awesome, Precision will be our go to company in the event we need service. Need you to consider changing the policy regarding someone at home. We have an alarm system that shows entry into home. We all work and I travel ALOT so I would want the door fixed as soon as possible since two females are alone in the house.

I needed a timely appointment and repair for a client. The dispatcher reached out to a technician to speak with me to ensure Precision could address my needed repairs as most companies weren't able to repair but wanted to convert to a torque spring. Precision was able to make the repairs and scheduled me that day! Chris Stephens was the technician who made the repairs and he did an outstanding job! He called on his way, called with his inspection assessments, made recommendations and made the repairs! He supplied me with the photos and paperwork I needed right away to submit to the client!

I can't say enough about our amazing service we received from James. He was on time, professional and didn't try to push any unnecessary costs on us. We had an old motor from when our house was first built and he installed a new one right on the spot. He even swept out our garage!!
