Excellent and fast service. Garage door system broke on a Saturday and I called Precision who had previously done work at our home. Within 2 hours of my call Matt and Alfredo were at my door. They determined the problem and defined the fix and costs. About an hour later it was repaired and working well. Both service men were courteous, and professional. We are very pleased with the service experience.

When I bought this home there was a sticker on the garage door for your company. Being new to Florida, I just called your company. My son-in-law said that a spring had broken and I could see loose wires hanging down on the sides of the door. Your technician, Luke, called to let me know when he would arrive and he was right on time. He was friendly and polite. He explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions. He explained the charges and offered a senior discount. He worked professionally and quickly. He cleaned up my garage when he was finished which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door to anyone who needs work done on their garage doors. You're a great company and you have exceptional employees. Thank you!

I called the company that installed our garage doors when the spring on one of the doors broke this morning. They told me it would be 4 days before they could repair it. I called Precision and explained the situation and the urgency to get it repaired. Austin arrived within 2 hours of my call as promised. He was polite, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us. Austin evaluated the situation and went over with me what needed to be done to complete the repair. Once completed he showed me what he did and why and encouraged me to call if I needed further assistance. It was a pleasure to deal with a company whose staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to go that extra mile. Precision is now the company I will call for any garage door repairs, and I will be requesting Austin. So grateful for Austin’s quick response and the great job he did.

We needed a new garage door. Based on their reviews, I called. Ana B came out on time to measure, and talk details. I was concerned about it being too noisy. She had some ideas for me to consider. I’m glad I took her recommendation. They let me know they were on the way. I watched. They were very good at their craft. A few hours later, we have a new door that is very quiet. It’s beautifully insulated (thx AB!). It looks like Fort Knox on the inside with all the reinforcing for the storm weather! We love it!
