Matt, the tech that came out was just fabulous. Neat and clean, very efficient, and done in a little over an hour. Had to replace the motor to tame our very loud opener. He was also very pleasant, and nice,too. We are so happy we got Matt for our tech. Outstanding response, Service beyond compare, and competitive pricing! This morning when I went to open the garage door, I found that the spring was broken. I called a few different places to find that not only were Precision Overhead Garage Door Service available to come out today, but their pricing was very fair. They sent out Jimmy Johnson, a fantastic technician that did a great job of explaining the situation, and giving me options when he was done, he explained how to take better care of our door, so this happens less often. I wish everyone I did business with would give me this type of service and then teach me how to avoid needing them in the future. I recommend this company to everyone!!! Save time and call them first.

My experience with Precision Over Head Garage Door service was amazing. I found it astonishing that the representative was able to get someone over to my residence the same day for an evaluation / repairs just as advertised on commercials. The technician reached out to me via phone to notify me that he was in route and arrived on time. His customer service, knowledge and friendliness was awesome. He explained what was going on with my garage in simple terms easy to understand and was courteous. It's also worth noting that he took the time to make sure that he correctly installed my replacement parts for my garage door and didn't rush the process. My hat goes off to your admin staff for their great phone etiquette and your amazing service technicians that have to work perform repairs and services in hot garages. Overall, I found the price of the new springs a little steep. I did comparison shop prior to selecting Precision. There were cheaper prices out there, but I think utilizing what I deem as a professional organization was worth the price. Lots of cos. offer garage doors/openers so it is hard to choose. I am so glad I used Precision. Luke arrived timely, was very nice. Had worked for them for 10yrs. Took his time. Didn't try to "sell" me. And because he didn't try to sell me, I bought a new opener. (Previous co. looked at age of opener and said they would not work on it, only replace it - I said "no" and they charged me $70 for the fun!) (BTW the phone scheduler was very nice too.) Very happy with service and so far (after 2 hrs!) happy with the new opener and other bits Luke installed on the door.
