We had an outstanding experience with Precision! First, they were able to set an appointment the same day we called. Second, they were flexible when we had to call later to adjust the service window. And, best of all, was working with their service technician, Robert Trotter. He provided detailed and honest assessment of what items needed attention, while clearly explaining each. Absolutely no pressure, but just good information, with solutions offered in order of priority for safety and protection of our property. He was a pleasure to interact with…warm, personable, professional and very hard working. Mid afternoon suddenly our garage door wouldn't close. I found Precision on the web with a Google search. The office was very professional and sent me a repair man within a few hours since I was worried about leaving the garage exposed and entrance to our house through the whole night. Sean took only about 5 minutes to find the problem, which turned out to be very minor. I'm grateful for the fast response and professional service the company and the repair man provided. My repair technician, Baylor B., was very professional and proficient. The repair was completed within 2hrs of the assessment and agreeing to a quoted cost which, to our satisfaction, fit our budget and was offered at a competitor’s price quote.
