I was very satisfied with the service. It was great having a window for the arrival and then getting a call to move it up...a pleasant surprise considering so often a whole day is blown by having to wait. I had a broken spring in my door and it was repaired swiftly and at a reasonable cost. Overall I rate Precision as 5 star!

Matt Cipolla worked hard and did a great job for us. He was also very polite, patient, and helped us think things through. We had a hung door and the initial assessment was that he might need to break the cables and spring to release the door, but after analyzing it further, he bought some extra equipment, followed a hunch and freed our door without cutting out breaking anything
