Service was amazing, the tech (Tim Vaughn) came out and walked through the inspection of the door and told me what needed to be replaced and what to continue to look for in the future. After the inspection he wrote down all the parts need and different pricing options before doing anything else. He did the job in about an hour and then showed me everything he did along with showing me all the defects with the parts he replaced. He made me feel comfortable with my choice for picking Precision and I will definetly recommend them to my friends and family. Great Job!!!!!

We were out of state for Thanksgiving and our teenage girls were home. They hand an issue with the garage door stuck in the up position. We called Precision from our cell while driving in TN.
