5 Stars. Outstanding service repair. Placed 3 metal bars in garage door, reinforcement bars along side for hurricane or strong winds & new spring. The service repair technician was courteous, knowledgeable, complete, cleaned up when done, went above the average by showing me how to perform annual maintenance.

I had no idea what the issue was with my garage door. Jimmy did an assessment. made recommendations and provided options for different plans with the related cost. I needed a new motor, new bearings and new remote and door opener. Jimmy was able to complete the job in a timely manner, demonstrated how it worked and also programmed my car remote. I definitely will ask for him if I need any further work and will share my very positive experience with others. 5 stars!!!!

I called Precision around 3:45 on a Friday afternoon. They had a technician here at about 4:20! He was able to fix everything in about an hour!!! I've never had that kind of service! I actually called a different garage door service before precision and the recording said they were closed until Monday morning!! Turns out that worked out great for me!!

I needed urgently to get my garage door fixed, and surely enough, it was serviced the same day. Doug Naporano was my technician and if I could rate him over 5 stars, I would gladly do it! He's very knowledgeable in was he needed to do, and did in a clean and timely manner. Although I was not expected to paid as much, after everything was done, I realized that it was worth every penny. I will highly recommend Doug to anyone who needs the service. He asked me various times if I had any question or concern and if I was satisfied, what a great guy! By the time he left, I felt we were already family. I commend Precision for having such a fantastic technician. I'm a very happy costumer!
