Jeremy came to replace burned up motor on an old unit installed by non-pro installer. He was able to adjust the old door enough to make the proper gasket fit and close completely. He also installed new belt drive unit aligned to door center and replaced the rollers. I can't believe how nice and quiet the new unit operates and how smoothly the door moves. Jeremy even put with my sense of humor while he was working. Very personable young man. Precision is lucky to have him as a representative.

From my first phone call with the front office, to the expert technician on site, A+ all the way around. The company came as a referral from a friend in my sub-division, and I was not diappointed. Truly knowledgeable staff, excellent service (Carlos M. was my tech), on-time, etc. For the amount of work that I had done (new motor, remotes, sensors, bearings, wheels, oil/grease, and an extended warranty), I was very pleased with the price. Very nice work, I'm proud to have your sticker on my door!

Precision fixed my 26 yr. old double garage door and installed a new garage door opener. My door now looks and sounds like a brand new garage door. The opener also works and sounds great. Your employee Keith was very courteous and non-pressuring. The non-pressuring is very important to me. He worked from the prompt time of arrival until he completed the task. I used Precision about a year ago to install a new garage door at my home and it is beautiful. After, I had a few issues with the locks lining up and they came out free of charge and adjusted the next day. I was sold on their stellar customer service. I called them this time to fix a garage door at a rental....it was $435 for a new belt, new batteries, lube and new rollers for the door...at first, I thought it was a little high, but after meeting their rep and seeing condition, it needed to be done. Again, their attention to the customer is number one. They will treat you like a relative and tell you what they would do or could do.
