I recently purchased a home in Zephyrhills that is 30 years old and was not in good shape. The garage door was not operating correctly and after a month of manually having to open and close it, I decided I had enough and called Precision Door Service. They were able to come out the same day and provide a quote and installed a new door the very next day. All of the technicians were very professional, respectful and courteous. Contacting Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was the best decision I made. My garage door stopped functioning properly yesterday. After troubleshooting I called Precision and they had a service technician here the very next morning. Chris was friendly, competent, and very professional. He diagnosed the issue, replaced parts, ensured it worked properly, and even helped me reprogram my remotes; plus everything was covered under warranty (even after 3+ years). I highly recommend Precision to anyone in the Wilderness Lake Preserve neighborhood, or anywhere else in Florida.

Talk about responsive customer service!! I called Precision this morning around 9:30 am to request service for a contrary garage door key pad and remote. My initial appointment window was scheduled for today 12 noon to 4 pm, but an hour later I received a call that a technician was in my area and could arrive sooner. Wayne was at my house by 11 am, diagnosed the problem quickly, offered me three options to remedy the problem, and subsequently installed a new (much quieter) garage door opener system. I am very pleased with the service I received today from Precision.

On occasion, for some unknown reason the garage door would not remain down after closing. It would lower to the ground and then reopen. My Tech, Jim Long knew exactly what the issue was. A bad sensor. He replaced it and lubricated the rollers and hinges. Now the door is properly working again. Great service, great Technician and 100% satisfied.
