From calling the office and having Michael come in and repair my garage, not even 2 hours passed. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable, and made every effort to make our experience the best. He also provided cost options explaining the differences and benefits aligned to our door usage and warranties. Will definitely use this company in a future need and will recommend them without hesitation. Thank you for the immediate service support in a difficult week like this one, near christmas. Chris showed up in the time window and was very professional. He went over the options in a clear and concise manner. I chose to get the new garage door opener with a battery back-up. He had the needed supplies and went to work. He programmed everything, went over the needed instructions, and cleaned up after himself. I give Chris and Precision a 10+.
