I originally called Precision Garage Door because they could come out after hours to fix my door so I could go to work the next day. They were so helpful I had them replace both door openers. A year later I damaged one of the rails. They came right out again and fixed it and would not charge me. Again I was able to not miss work. Today they came right out to check on a noisy motor which needed to be replaced so I wouldn't be locked in. Again no charge because of the warranty. Feeling a bit guilty about not paying for all this service I am having them put some extra cleats on my door when they replace the motor. We had used Precision in 2019 and thought the price charged was high. We tried another company in 2021 and were dissatisfied. Lately, our remotes would not operate our 24 year old opener and another company came and were impolite and did not give a good explanation so we sent them on their way. We decided to try Precision again after receiving your coupon in the mail. It is only an hour since Matt installed a new opener and belt and although surprised at how expensive things are, so far we are very pleased with the look and the operation of the new belt and opener. We were very happy with the friendly and professional way Matt investigated and explained our problem. He arrived exactly when he said he would and did the work promptly and cleanly.

Called and received service on same day - technician was timely - polite and professional. He listened to all the problems I was having with each door. He was able to diagnose the problems that I was having with both garage doors, explain what needed to be fixed/replaced with options and give me quotes. When I chose what I wanted done he started the job and didn’t stop until the job was finished and double checked everything. We chose Precision Overhead Garage Door company because we have done business with them in the past and were very satisfied. They rebuilt the garage door for us at a previously owned residence, and did basically the same thing today at our new home. The technician arrived on time and was obviously very experienced and well-trained. He went over in detail what needed to be done and gave me a list of options to choose from. He completed the job in one day, cleaned up any debris left and gave us a thorough briefing on how to use the door. We are very pleased.
