I called on Christmas Eve when my motor started making some loud noises and hesitating. Jay came out within an hour and diagnosed the issues and was able to install a new motor and track same day. He did very neat work with all the wiring and installation. It works very well now and has been running smoothly. The receptionist who took my call and Jay both did an excellent job in taking care of everything so I could enjoy Christmas was my family. Thank you Precision, for the wonderful service!

Chris showed up in the time window and was very professional. He went over the options in a clear and concise manner. I chose to get the new garage door opener with a battery back-up.
