Everyone we dealt with from the representative who came out to assess the job and the two gentlemen that did the actual instillation were professional and pleasant. Josh was our technician. He let us know ahead of time when he would be there. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to us so we understood what had to be done and why. Called Precision Garage Door on Saturday at 12:00 and an appointment was scheduled same day with the technician arriving by 3:00pm. The technician was Alex Leon and he was very professional and knowledgeable! He did a great job resolving my issue. I called at 1:30PM and was told the tech (Braxton) would arrive between 2 and 6. He was here in 30 min. Explained my options and I decided on a new motor as ours was 20 yrs old. In about 2 hrs we had a key pad, 2 remotes and a new motor and rail. Absolutely great technician that explained everything, cleaned up his parts and we are super happy. On 7/25/2025, I had two Liftmaster 98022 wall mount garage door openers installed, I also had both garage doors rebuilt. On 9/21/2025 one of the doors malfunctioned . On 9/22/2025 Luke Rose came to repair it. He spent several hours, and went over the intire door, found a problem from the original install 15 years ago. Now the door works very well and very quiet. All at no charge. This man is a credit to the company. THANK YOU LUKE!!

My garage door and motor were very old. My son told me to get estimates to replace them. So I did. I heard about precision doors so I was familiar with there work. I got 3 estimates. They were in the middle. I went with Precision! I was extremely happy with all the people I had phone contacts with to the gentleman who measures for the door to the technicians that actually installed it. The garage door was what I expected and so was the motor . The techs were extremely nice and efficient. They explained the maintenance of the door. How to use the remote. Answered questions I had to my satisfaction I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Once again, precision garage door came through when we had issues with our garage we called on a Saturday afternoon because I dark was stuck open and they were there by late afternoon that day.. we had the pleasure of doing business with Chad, who was very respectful very courteous very informative and precision garage door should be proud of him as an employee. He was able to get our door corrected and is running just fine now.. Precision Garage & Door ARE more expensive than many other garage door repair companies, but you can't beat their service..
