Impressive. Our two chain drive door openers were 15 years old and replacement parts unavailable. Noisy, sometimes sticking and slipping. Studied replacement options for months and finally called Precision. Tomislav (Tomi) arrived that afternoon, assessed the situation, discussed level or service/replacement options and together we made the decision to replace both units and the aging door springs. Can't say enough about Tomislav. Professional, articulate, and knowledgeable. He replaced both units, all door springs, worked until 8PM, cleaned up everything and provided a 7-year warranty for the units and his work. Units now operate better, and quieter, than when new. Well Done.

He got right to work and did a great job. He then went over everything and what we needed to do to keep our new equipment in good working condition. Customer service person and service tech. were very professional. The only suggestion when scheduling an appointment explain if paying by check tech. will make copy of drivers license, I refused so I had to use credit card.

David Crowe was excellent. He answered all my questions and showed me how to use the door opener, if electric was out how to open and shut the door and lock it if needed and when and how to spray the wheels. The new unit is guaranteed for 7 years and no charge for service calls. It runs so smoothly now and is really quiet.
