Noah's visit was to install a keypad, which he did. He also noticed the age of my garage door opener , we talked, he quoted me a price, and then he replaced the motor. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I called Precision because I have received excellent service by excellent employees on three or four occasions in the past. Impressive. Our two chain drive door openers were 15 years old and replacement parts unavailable. Noisy, sometimes sticking and slipping. Studied replacement options for months and finally called Precision. Tomislav (Tomi) arrived that afternoon, assessed the situation, discussed level or service/replacement options and together we made the decision to replace both units and the aging door springs. Can't say enough about Tomislav. Professional, articulate, and knowledgeable. He replaced both units, all door springs, worked until 8PM, cleaned up everything and provided a 7-year warranty for the units and his work. Units now operate better, and quieter, than when new. Well Done.

David Crowe was excellent. He answered all my questions and showed me how to use the door opener, if electric was out how to open and shut the door and lock it if needed and when and how to spray the wheels. The new unit is guaranteed for 7 years and no charge for service calls. It runs so smoothly now and is really quiet.
