Used once before when we first moved in. As on that occasion, yesterday's service request was responded to quickly. When the technician arrived, he was friendly, listened to my explanation of the problem, sought out the resolution, offered & explained my options & fixed the problem with a new (much quieter) system. He removed all parts no longer needed - wouldn't even know he'd been there, explained how the new system worked & left us all with the feeling that he'd taken care of our issue as if it was his personal problem. Arnold Simpson deserves 5 stars plus! Thank you Precision!

I was a self employed business man for 35+ years and I would highly recommend this company! My door broke on a Friday evening, i called they scheduled a Saturday appointment. James showed up on time and gave me a courtesy call ahead of arriving. James gave me 3 options to fix my door and was very professional and courteous! The quality of work was excellent! They did a great job and my new door looks great. they were quick, efficient and on time for the estimate and then for the installation. They cleaned up everything, taking the old door and all the old parts with them. I was surprised how quickly they whew able to get the job done. they have everything on the truck for my job and were highly skilled. I would highly recommend them I give them a 5 Star rating.

Very professional. Had a problem with my garage door, ( kept opening by itself ), gave me a time window, and called 1/2 hour before arrival. I needed a new garage door opener and had to service my squeaky door. Had all parts on hand and about 1:40 minutes was done! Door is now super quiet and works 10 times better! Jose did a great job and showed us everything that we needed to know! I highly recommend Jose and this company. Great job and great price!

I called Precision because we have used them in the past to repair our garage door and was very satisfied with their service. When I called, I wa given an arrival window and our service rep, Jimmy, was well within the allotted time. My wife worked with him. He was very polite and professional; explaining exactly what the problem was and now it would be repaired. He worked extremely hard to complete the project in a timely fashion. After the completion of the project he patiently went over everything he did providing he with a detailed bill, explained the warranty, and told her how to reach him should something go wrong after he left. He event took time to reprogram my wif'e's car so she could open and close the door from inside her car. Jimmy represented your company well and should be commended.

David Crowe was the technician who arrived in a timely fashion to fix my garage door that would not close. I really appreciated him explaining what it would take to fix the problem and how much it would cost and how long it would take. He was more interested in convincing me I needed to replace the garage door equipment then going over what he had actually done. The technician that installed my unit was better at actually explaining the finished product. I take care of this house for an absent neighbor. (P.s. I am 90 yrs old) no one else with me to question him which a mistake on my part. Unfort unatel I mentioned the amount involved that I had told the neighbor (out of town) what it would cost but I don't think the tech performed all the services that were given to me on Work order 4693400 on May 3, 2019 by Isak Zenkic,who was more explanatory. I question if indeed the same charge (more or less) invovled all I had done when you installed my garage motor. Remiss on my part but the distraction created by Jason about replacing her garage door rollers etc was disconcertining and you ight say "I did not come too until after I received the quote on what I had paid for) Note 6 items on mine compared to 3 on the report for Judy Wojxik Chittum at 8616 Gold Pine Drive. I would like another tech to come by and explain exactly what was done....and why the high pressure to replace the parts on the garage door which the quote he gave me was very high. He did say when he left that he would give me a separate quote on the garage door replacement parts but he did not leave it in my mailbox as he said he was going to. I kind of lost confidence in the company. We had used your company per past but now am not sure after this encounter. I know when I did not completely understand my insjtallation, the company allowed Isak to come and go over it with me again which I appreciated. I am a widow and perhaps and feeling I might have been taken advantage of.

Called Precision Garage Doors last night (8/28/19 as my garage door wouldn't open. Told the receptionist I needed an appointment for the following day which she made for me between 10 and 2. About 12:15 Kevin Cutolo called me and said he would be by in about 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem as a spring breakage, which blew the motor on the opener. He also stated the end bearings on the right and left side needed replacing. Asked him to make the repairs. He was very professional in his explanation of the issues to me, he left the job site clean of debris and ensured everything was in correct working condition before he left. I am highly satisfied with this experience

The first contact with the person setting up the appointment to the tech David Crowe was truly five star all the way. I called at about 1:30 pm and was told I would have a tech today between 2 and 6pm. David Crowe was the tech who kept me informed when he would be arriving. He called me once and gave me an idea of when he would be here. then called again giving me fifteen minute to arrival. He arrived as promised and was most professional from the moment he arrived till he left. He asked me what was wrong. He told me that he would figure it out. He then spoke to me explaining what needed to be done and began the work right away. He completed the work and made sure I understood what he had done and how to operate the new equipment. He made sure my door opener worked and my car was programmed correctly too. He also showed me how to lube the system once a year and left me a can of lube. Before he left we wanted to make sure I had no questions and was satisfied with everything. Your company was wonderful and will refer to all my friends and will always use your company.
