I would give your company and your technician a 5. I had to have a new motor put in. The tech went to purchase a switch for me as the original one was installed properly. Then he spent about an hour installing a new garage door opener. He was very efficient and friendly. I have to say, I had called Banco Doors about a year ago to install a new door opener, and they were not only unfriendly, but they never bothered to come out or call me about installing the door. I am very pleased with your company.

We just closed on a new home when one of our garage doors broke at 4:00 pm Friday. Of course, our car was in the garage and impossible to get out. Called Precision and was told a tech would be out between 5:00 & 9:00 pm. Justin arrived about 5:00, repaired both doors. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and expedient in getting the doors working in a safe manner. I will definitely refer Precision to others!

Your guys were timely, polite and efficient. I was having trouble with both my handheld remotes. They explained the problem, tested both out thoroughly and they were working fine when they left. I've always used Precision and will continue to do so.

The work itself was great and I would normally give you a 5 star rating but I didn't feel that Wesley was sympathetic about the fact this cost was surprising and at a very bad time for me and my wife. First my wife was told over the phone that the spring replacement was $120 for both springs but then Wesley said that's just for one. So now we were looking at double that amount but then Wesley put the scare in me that if we don't also replace the cables and drums, the cable could snap and cause injury so now the price went up to $440. Keep in mind, I was at work and talking to Wesley via my wife's cell phone so I couldn't judge the condition of the cables myself and make an informed decision so I told him to go ahead with the full repair. As I was trying to share that this cost was going to put a hardship on me and my wife, he made light of that by saying something like "well I have to work too" I did let Wesley know that was a very insensitive comment.

The Service Tech was David Crowe. He did a perfect job installing new parts in my garage door. He told me what he was doing, why he was doing it, and the cost of the job. I was extremely pleased with his work. He even took time to connect my car garage door opener for me. He is an outstanding employee.

I have a friend who works for Precision, That's the reason I called. My only issue with my invoice are 2 charges that were not told to me when I was given the actual cost of the replacement. My final bill showed charges of $20 for Fuel/Energy surcharge and $33.53 for Shop supplies. Neither of these charges were mentioned prior to installation. That said, the serviceman, David, was very professional and courteous. And went above and beyond to make sure my wife understood how the new device worked. 5 star rating and will recommend to friends.

We had a problem with our garage door slightly raised on one side, Precision was working on a neighbors garage, we went and asked if they could look at our door, they did not hesitate to look and told us that the cables at the side were fraying, they suggested that we got the work done very soon, they did not push for them to do the work, we asked for an estimate and decided to ask when they could carry out the work, they called the office and were able to do the work after they had finished at the neighbors. WOW what great service, Carlos and his colleague were absolutely amazing, very personable and so knowledgeable. I strongly would recommend Precision to anyone having issue with their garage doors etc. Thank you Precision!!

We had Precision Overhead Garage Door back in 2004 when the springs needed to be replaced. They lasted 14 years before needing to be replaced again. There was no hassle about coming out on a Saturday or Sunday to fix our garage door. Dave replaced the springs, rollers, and gave us some lub for the door, to apply once a year at a fair price. We will use Precision Overhead Door again.

We called Precision because the hurricane-impact garage door wasn't opening properly with one of the remotes. Noah came out and assessed the situation. He installed a more powerful and quieter garage door opener (3/4 hp versus 1/2 hp). He explained everything to me and the install took about 45 minutes. Noah is a very pleasant young man and knowledgeable about his job. We got two new remotes and everything is working perfectly. Great job all around!

Chris the technician called before he arrived to let me know when he would be there. He was on time,courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problems with my door and gave me a couple of options. He fixed the door and replaced broken springs and rollers.He replaced a bar going across door which stopped my door from bowing out. My door works beautifully and now quietly. Justin was timely and very professional. He showed me the damaged spring and suggested new rollers and demonstrated the old wobbly, noisy and how they could effect the operator if not replaced.
