Last summer Precision installed a new storm rated garage door. They attached it to the same ceiling blocks that were used on the original non-insulated fiberglass door. Due too the extra weight one of the blocks began to separate from the ceiling. On the afternoon of 4/25/18 I called the company and they scheduled technician Seth Leto at 8:00 am the following day. He was very professional and properly secured the track. I have been pleased with Precision from the time the estimator came out to the installers and now the warranty work.

I had Bryan and another guy come to my house to fix the safety sensor eyes, they both were very professional at what the do. They were both very friendly and informative, they answered any questions that I had. The door springs were in bad shape and they explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct it.

I was very pleased with the door I received from Precision Door in Pasco County. The estimator that came out was very nice and friendly she took all my information and got me an estimate that was great. I even got a military discount for being a veteran. They came out on a Saturday on both occasions they did my install on a Saturday they were on time and very fast. I would recommend them to anyone.

Keith from Precision installed new springs on our double garage door several years ago. We were having more problems so we gave Precision a call and they sent Keith out to take a look. The springs needed adjustment so Keith did that for us at no charge. Appreciated the prompt (called this morning - Keith was here by 11 am) service.
