Just like their commercial on TV, this company is the real deal! When we had our garage door issue at 9AM in the morning we called the local company we have always dealt with. Anxiously waiting for a call back, never to receive one! Remembering the TV commercial, we gave Precision Garage Door a call and from that very moment we knew we were in the right hands. The Customer Service Department (Britney) did answer the phone and explained the repair procedure explicitly. She gave us a window repair time and said they would call should they have an earlier slot, which they did. Our service tech was Chad, who was a very polite, courtesy and fully knowledgeable in his craft. He did the repair and instructed us on future preventative maintenance tips as well. I manage a few large commercial buildings with overhead doors as part of my job description, guess who I’m going to call next time we have a garage door problem? A very organized, professional company and wonderful to deal with! By the way, 24 hours later and the first garage door company still has not returned my call!

You salesman that came out sold us on the door opener. Being able to see how the door would look an operate on of his van was amazing. Our old garage door you could hear open an close in the entire house. This new one is so quiet you have to look to make sure it's closed. Awesome!! Your installation tech was also amazing an polite. I was told on the phone that two garage door springs would cost between $68 & $118 each installed. I wanted to do this job myself but my wife thought we should have it done. The two springs were $120 each, slightly above the max. quoted. Then we were charged $60 for a center bearing which can be bought for $12 to $20 on line. Fuel/energy surcharge of $20 after I asked if this was the closest location available! The technician was professional and easy to work with. He did the work efficiently and is congenial. All in all I wish I had ordered the parts and done the work myself. I could have bought more parts than were used and saved two thirds of the $316.00 I paid. Live and learn.

I was very pleased with the service I received on July 27. I called that morning, hoping to set an appointment, and the operator suggested that the technicians could come out later today. A complete overall of my garage door system was done in about 90 minutes, with two competent fellows making the necessary upgrades. The door operates in a silent fashion, like I have never experienced before. I am happy not to have to operate the door manually as I have for the past year or so.

Carlos Morales and his assistant installed a new garage door opener and replaced the springs. They both were very knowlegable of their products and their work performance was excellent. Carlos pointed out that the installed springs were the incorrect size. Once the new ones were installed and I could see the difference in the performance of the garage door itself it was evident that I was provied the correct information. Precision will be my service agent as long as I have a garage door opener

Mike was terrific. He came earlier than expected, showed me what had happened with the old garage door opener and installed a new one. He tightened the springs on my garage door, and it is AMAZING how quiet it is! I opted to put a keypad in, and I am extremely happy with the outcome. A+ on service and quality!

price way to high I only had you repair because I needed my car out. I would not recommend for any other work. bearings were said to be bad but I inspected old bearings after he replaced them nothing wrong with old bearings. price about 75 percent to high, springs price about 50 percent to high. just my opinion

I would like to take this time to recognize Mr Tsangarinos . I have use your service for at least 10 years and needed your service on today. 7/14 Mr Tsangarinos came to service my equipment and diagnose the issue which was more serious then I realize I was overcome with tears. you see I was diagnosed with Cancer 6 weeks ago, no income and a single problem. He immediately had empathy for me explain I was a valuable Customer and can do a temp fix. I was beyond words you see I have never experience this from a Service Tech. Although I recently performed maintenance on it (applied lubricant), it ceased to close properly. I called and a service tech came out and, I thought, fixed the door. Unfortunately, it still is exhibiting the same problem - it does not always close entirely.
