The service technician diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me a firm price for repair in just a few minutes. He had the parts on the service truck and was able to install a new spring system on the spot. Total time was under 2 hours from arrival. The technician was courteous and gave several tips on maintenance of the overhead door I have installed.

I called at 12:05 PM and spoke with Danielle, who was very pleasant. She said someone would be out today between 2-6 PM. Tim V. showed up at 2:30 PM and my garage door was repaired by 2:45! I thought the price was a bit high however the customer service, installation, professionalism and flexibility was unsurpassed. Absolutely excellent Precision went above and beyond to meet my schedule, explained everything in detail and had my garage door fixed within two hours on a Saturday evening. Even though the price was a bit high it takes money to provide the excellent service from the time I called to the time installation was complete and I am hopeful all parts were of high quality so overall I was very satisfied I needed springs and a new garage door opener

I had my garage door repaired on January 7, 2018, by Wesley Allen. He did an excellent job and showed me how to maintain the door running smoothly.
