New Years Day our garage door broke and needed quick repairs. Called Precision and they did do a great job on getting a technician out. We asked for a quote first. After 15 minutes were given an astronomical figure to fix the door. Add said no extra charge for holidays. Technician said there was no extra charge for coming out that day. Then added to the extreme high cost that he could not fix the garage door opener because it was too damaged. Needed a new one. We told him to hold off. Then we got hit with a $49.95 charge for coming out for an estimate ( which they did later refund). We immediately searched out their competitors for other estimates. Next person that came out gave us a quote that was over $400 less, plus he said our garage door was not damaged and hooked us up for free. Precision had a special on their website saying that a new double garage door would cost $800. That’s not what our technician quoted. Try 800 x 3 !! We felt misled and the attempt of being taken advantage of. I would not recommend Precision for people who are under a budget. If you’re rich, go ahead. I don’t know the quality of their work so I can’t comment on that.

Excellent experience with Precision. After I backed into the half open door, the bottom roller popped out. After releasing the opener and testing the door, it still worked. Precision came out to check things out and made a few adjustments and popped the roller back in. Very pleasant technician who arrived on schedule. We will surely use Precision in our future door opener needs. Thank-you very much.

Fantastic service! My garage door spring broke and I placed the call for service. The repairman (Jeffrey Pinney) arrived within the hour and was very professional and knowledgable explaining what had happened and what the fix was. Chris Carelas Was out And he did such a good job. I cannot tell you how happy I was with his knowledge and everything about him. He reset my garage door opener’s and he also sent my car to the garage door opener. I have been told the other garage door opener would not work on the same remote but he said it would and he fixed it right away. I am so pleased

This is the third time I have used this company. The tech always shows up when he is supposed too. I think the price is on the high side, but the work is done properly and you are told what is going bad. Up to you whether you have the additional work done.

Arrived on time for scheduled appointment. We had issues with our garage door opener. Was given a few options to repair or replace the opener along with pricing for all. Elected to replace the garage door opener which as very old. Installation was completed within an hour. Big Kudos to Precision and their team.
