We were pleased the door was fixed however it felt as if the tech didn’t want to assist us. He kept telling us we could look up the instructions on you tube on how to reset the battery. Little does he know we had done that already before we contacted anyone. The garage door is set and we are happy about that.

He analyzed the situation then met with me and discuss all the options available and I took his advice. Mr. Tanner was polite, courteous. Jason and Jerry were also polite, tidy and played pleasant music while they worked. Jason explained all the places that need to be lubed 3 or 4 times a year. I was dismayed to learn from Mr. Tanner that Precision does not do electrical work at installation and that I would need to use an extension cord if I wanted a remote opener. I did not wish to do so.

We're very impressed with Precision Overhead Door - I called Precision on Sunday not sure if anyone would answer and to my surprise someone did - the receptionist was polite and professional and told me she would have a service tech call me when he's on the way - 10 minutes later Brent called and within 30 minutes arrived at my house - he diagnosed my 18 year old opener and made recommendations to repair it - I opted to replace it instead and Brent installed a new belt drive opener in about an hour - he was totally professional from start to finish - I can't believe how quiet my new opener is - the motor is virtually silent and you can only here the roller wheels when the door opens and closes - my wife and I are very satisfied and would highly recommend Precision overhead door ... Precision Door Service of Clearwater just finished installing my new 2 car garage door and opener. I originally called them because I kept seeing the company vans as well as television commercials. They were highly rated by the BBB. From the time Michele Miller came out with samples and we discussed the options through the installers completing the job today, they were all very professional. The door is beautiful and the belt drive opener is extremely quiet. I will definitely recommend them.

Called at 9 am on a Sunday and by 2:30 pm had my garage door repaired and new motor installed. I did feel it was a bit pricy but same day service and work quality was worth the extra price. You get what you pay for. Highly recommend company. Technician Brian was fantastic!

The office staff was very helpful and seem to ask all of the right questions. Within one hour the service technician, Brent Howell, called and told me he was on the way.
