Precision replaced torsion springs for me 4 years ago. I called recently to have 3 remotes programmed because I had difficulty doing it properly. They noticed a problem with the door opener I was unaware of that would have been serious, if not repaired. The technicians made the repair and gave me a discount due to the added expense. I had a 50 dollar coupon I forgot to use. I called later in the day, and they honored it with a 50 dollar refund. Great technician and outstanding customer service.

He explained what the options for repairs were and explained what needed to be done step by step. Same day service and a $15 discount are definitely good PR.
