I think I called around 3:pm, I talked to a representative of your company, told him the spring was broken and the car was in the garage. I had a technician here by 6:30pm.

The Service technician James Rodey arrived ontime and within minutes he installed and programmed a remote keypad and extra car remote That I ordered. While he was testing the remotes he noticed that the opener's chain tension was a little too tight and a door trolley was sticking. He took the time to adjust the chain and lubricate the trolleys while explaining the normal homeowner maintenance I should follow. He went the extra mile and the door operates perfectly. James' level of service is a positive reflection of the company's commitment to its customers

I found Precision on Angie's List when our door spring broke on a Saturday evening. Their ad specifed they provided service on nights and weekends which we needed as my husband's truck was trapped in the garage! I called immediately and was scheduled for the next day. Ben called to let us know when he was on his way and when he arrived, it only took him about an hour to fix the door and also make it quieter. He was very friendly and we appreciated his work ethic. We also like the 3 year warranty provided. We will definitely call again in the future.

The Tech was excellent, very courtious, very knowlegeable, and worked at a good speed to fix the Overhead door spring problems. He pointed out some door problems that probably occurred at installation. I don't remember his name.
