I called and got service the same day which was great, my garage was stuck shut. They arrived with in the given time frame. It cost about what I had expected. The technician was great and did a good job with explaining what happened and what he did and how to take care of my torsion springs. I also got a brake down on how much each thing cost and what I am paying for.

Great to see the 24/7 response and same day service. From the gal that took the initial call, to Mike's professional assessment and installation, great to to see a first rate company perform this well. These guys replaced a broken spring, bad rollers and a cross bar that was ready to fail all in under an hour. This door is working better than new. Thanks Mike.

That included what was wrong, why it was broken and what needed to be done to correct the issue. He worked in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable about his work. The spring broke on our garage door. We just purchased the home that was built in 1988. When the spring broke and your tech came out, he said that he could fix the springs, but wasn't sure the motor could handle it. I told him to try and sure enough, the old motor was too weak to pull the new springs. He installed a new motor and any other parts that were needed. The garage door runs great and quiet now. You tech was personable, informative and explained everything to me. He worked very hard and did a great job. So glad that I contacted your firm. I don't remember the name of the tech, but he was very good.

The service technician, James Rodey, was punctual. We had a special coupon through Angie's List, which is why we called Precision. We recently moved into this house and the garage door worked, but made a very loud noise and we knew it needed service of some kind. James did a 25 point safety checklist.The springs were old and rusted, the rollers needed to be replaced along with some other problems.He was thorough and explained things clearly. I was impressed with the confirmation email I received which listed all the service techs with their pictures and a page on who they were and their background. My husband and I were both impressed with that, we've never seen that before. We would definitely call Precision again in the future if we have a problem with the garage door.

I contacted your company on a Saturday evening (033013) because I had a broken spring. I originally talked to Tina via the chat (I was surprised that I received a response actually.) She was able to give me an accurate quote for the service in question. In less than an hour, I had a technician (James R,) at my house starting his repairs. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with his work... so comfortable he upsold some additional services. Instead of replacing two springs, we added a pair of bearings, a trolley, and rollers. I had to admit to him that I am a DIY guy, and this was my very first time placing a service call for something I felt I could fix (I never call unless I have a warrantied service). All in all, I couldn't have been more pleased with Jame's service, our conversation, and his professionalism. I felt like I made a great choice by contacting precision that evening. I received outstanding service by an outstanding technician. I am more than happy to refer you guys every time. Thank you for the time and effort you put into your technicians - I hope it keeps this caliber of tech gainfully employed and that it remains the standard of your company.
