Prompt service as advertised. Friendly and courteous technicians. I think uninformed older people could easily purchase waaaay more than would be necessary to repair original issue. I’m a General Contractor for 40 years and they certainly built up a substantial list of items. Back off on the up-selling a bit . It could be misconstrued very easily.

We have seen your ad on TV. We were impressed with how quickly we were able to get service, in fact arrived sooner than expected which was great. The service Tech Noah was a very polite and explained what was causing the problems with both doors.He went over everything with us including coast of repairs to be made. It was a positive experience and would recommend their service to others. Thanks Precision for being so helpful. Noah explained our choices and the cost plus never pressured us..!!I would give Precision a 5 star rating.!!!!

Five Star rating - They came within the time they stated and called before coming. WE called the company we usually used and they couldn't come until Monday to check our garage door which wouldn't open. Precision came same day and replaced everything and our door now runs like brand new. Great job.

What great service! I arrived home Thursday evening I could not get into my garage since I was in a golf car my car was inside. I called Precision Friday morning and they were at my house around 10:30. The spring broken, the roller was bad and I had broken cables hanging opener itself was shot. The technician explained and showed me everything needing repair or replacement. He was very thorough and competent. I had a new system before 2PM. I would recommend Precision to anyone whether it is an emergency or not.

My husband said to call Precision when our garage door wouldn't close. He new someone affiliated with the company. A live person with a heart beat answered the phone. That is #1 for me. She was very pleasant and knew her job. She scheduled our repair on the same day. The service guys were friendly and very knowledgeable on the product and did the repair in a reasonable time. Carlos explained the work needed, cost and time to repair, before he ever started. And kept his word. I highly recommend this company. There was also follow up by the owner with a thank you letter. All involved were very professional.
