Our experience with our technician, Michael, was amazing. Very nice and polite young man that was very professional the entire time. Precision more than met our expectations. We called on a Saturday evening, they were here by 8 on Sunday to repair our garage door. Exceptional service. We are a first time homeowner but had Precision in our rental, so due to previous experience, I already felt confident in the service we would receive. Precision did a great job of fixing my garage door problem. The person taking my phone call for repair was excellent - she got all the information correct as evidenced by her repeating the details of the call to me. The service representative did a great job fixing my issue and although he did point out further work that should be done in the future, he did not pressure me to take care of those needs today. Overall the entire experience with this company was great!

I was having problems with my Genie Aladdin garage door opener after the install of a new router. The WiFi was checked again, and all was good. I then called Genie-Aladdin and was on the phone with them for over an hour, no luck. I called Precision Garage Door the next day and they had someone out that day to see if they could help. Precision and Dylan Harrison saved the day. The people on the phone at Precision are always polite and helpful. The tech (Dylan) worked on the issue (for over an hour) and was able to fix the problem and...my door worked. He was patient and never got frustrated. I was so relieved to have my door back in normal operation. I have used Precision for over 20 years. They take great care of me and the techs who come out to make the repairs or install are always kind and helpful. Thank You!!
