Prompt and on time! Very professional and customer oriented representative. Issue was clearly defined as a paint situation, which causes panels to stick together during extended closed periods with garage doors facing in a north easterly direction; and when opened the first time after this extended period, the panels pull apart during initial opening, and create a loud "bang" noise! Not an issue (other than the initial noise) that may cause further concern. Precision truly has well trained staff, not just for workmanship, but more importantly, extremely customer friendly, and patient! Thank you,

I picked Precision Garage Door Service because I am repeat customer with a sticker on my garage door and they did an excellent job the first time they were here. I have to say that the workmanship of the repair, replacing two garage door springs, was top notch. I have no complaints about the quality of the work. However, I do have a complaint about the price. When I made the appt. to have the service done, the woman on the phone told me that the springs can cost as much as three hundred and sixty dollars each, including installation cost. But the guy who did the install told me they would be four hundred eighty-three dollars each, including installation. I ended up paying the almost thousand dollars as I didn't feel I had a choice. I was stranded and could not open the garage door to get my car out. I am sure they know that you are stranded and will pay whatever they charge to be able to get life back to normal. I had the work done four days ago and the more I thought about it the worse I feel about what happened. I mean, basically a thousand dollars to replace two door springs? I was told I should replace the whole mechanism to make it more reliable in the future, but that would have added another eight hundred to the job. Anyhow, the springs are in, and the door is operating normally again, and I am grateful for that. I just feel that when they tell you one thing on the phone, that should be the price you pay.

I bought my home not long ago and my garage door was slooow going up. I saw a precision overhead garage door sticker on the back of the door and called them for service. I saw the spring was broken and it was a quick repair. I called for an estimate and already prepared myself that when they came out, they were naturally going to try and sell me everything under the sun ( things that I didn’t need), and tell me all the things that were wrong with my system to try and upsell me. My technician David showed up on time. He was extremely professional and had a wonderful customer service type personality. I pointed out the broken spring and he went through the motions of troubleshooting every other part of the door system to make sure there were no other problems. ( i was waiting for him to tell me that i needed every single part replaced, so I could just ask him to leave and I would call someone else). He did recommend a few parts ( beside the spring) to be replaced at some point, but there were no brutal sales tactics that I had to dodge. David was no pressure, very knowledgeable about what he was doing and an absolute pleasure to have at my house. He gave me a quote, included a military discount and asked for my permission to move forward with the job. I looked at the price and thought “ something is not right here”. The price was more than reasonable and I was expecting them to really hike up the cost. Not these folks! I gave David permission to do the job. He was thorough , fast, clean and pointed out to me the other parts that he suggested I replaced. I could clearly see that he was not trying to just sell me something…those parts are going to need to be replaced very soon. David remained friendly and fast, while working and carrying on friendly conversation. He made me feel like my own son was working on my door. David triple checked the door to be in perfect working order before he left, took payment, thanked me for allowing him to do the work, explained the warranty and was gone before I knew it. I will not hesitate to use this company again. It was a pleasure to do business with this company from the first phone call,to make the appointment, to the time David left. 5 stars for great work performed at a more than reasonable price. It’s no wonder they are as reputable as they are. Thanks precision!!
