Our experience with our technician, Michael, was amazing. Very nice and polite young man that was very professional the entire time. Precision more than met our expectations. We called on a Saturday evening, they were here by 8 on Sunday to repair our garage door. Exceptional service. We are a first time homeowner but had Precision in our rental, so due to previous experience, I already felt confident in the service we would receive. Very pleased and very happy with Precision from the initial phone call to the service. Our technician Michael, was very knowledgeable and we would always recommend him for any service or repairs. Precision did a great job of fixing my garage door problem. The person taking my phone call for repair was excellent - she got all the information correct as evidenced by her repeating the details of the call to me. The service representative did a great job fixing my issue and although he did point out further work that should be done in the future, he did not pressure me to take care of those needs today. Overall the entire experience with this company was great!

I was having problems with my Genie Aladdin garage door opener after the install of a new router. The WiFi was checked again, and all was good. I then called Genie-Aladdin and was on the phone with them for over an hour, no luck. I called Precision Garage Door the next day and they had someone out that day to see if they could help. Precision and Dylan Harrison saved the day. The people on the phone at Precision are always polite and helpful. The tech (Dylan) worked on the issue (for over an hour) and was able to fix the problem and...my door worked. He was patient and never got frustrated. I was so relieved to have my door back in normal operation. I have used Precision for over 20 years. They take great care of me and the techs who come out to make the repairs or install are always kind and helpful. Thank You!!

My garage door torsion spring had broken, leaving it inoperable. I called precision and they came right out at my convenience. The Technician, Robert, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to replace the springs and bearings, which were completely worn out. The door now is working like new. Very pleased with the service, price and quality of parts.

Charles was our technician and he performed an amazing job in replacing our garage door spring that broke. He also did a check a complete inspection of the door and rollers to make sure everything was working fine and even lubed the rollers. I will definitely be using Precision again if the need arises.

MY NEIGHBOR USED PRECISION OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR TO REPLACE THEIR DOOR SPRING, AND I SAW THEIR ADVERTISEMENT IN THE HOME MAG. Precision Garage Door always exceeds expectations when they come to check my garage door. The representative today was Michael Freeman as, is always, extremely knowledgable, professional and extremely courteous. ( even in the extreme heat warning given today) The representative has always given the best and most cost effective price on any repair that maybe needed. Response time when calling for any maintenance or repair is always quick. I will not use another company for my garage door needs.
