Precision Garage Door is outstanding. Mike Boyle is extremely knowledable and not only replaced the garage door rollers (which is the service we originally intended), but also showed me that the spring tension was completely wrong and unsafe. We went ahead and got the springs replaced and properly tensioned and also had Mike replace the seal on the bottom of the door. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail that I encountered with Precision Garage Door. This company deserves yor business! You will not be disappointed. Mike Boyle was my technician on 8/20/13. Mike technical knowledge, quick assessment of problem was very detailed. He did an excellent job in repairing my broken spring, roller bearings and Socket assembly. After the repair he tested all components and made some recommendation. this was the third time that I have used your company and as in the past I would again use, plus recommend your company. the door needed a minor adjustment because it would not stay close. It would touch the ground and then re-open automatically. The service technician, Michael, knew right-away what the problem was and corrected the problem. he was very polite and professional. In the past, Blake had service my two garage doors. Great job! Thanks again!

Mike Boyle arrived on time, knowledgeable, courteous, great workmanship. I am very satisfied and Precision Overheard Garage Door Service is now my new garage door service company, no longer will I use another garage door company. Plus, other company's charge a service fee for just showing up and it is very hard to get them to come out over the weekend etc., where as Precision does. Amy at the office was also very courteous. 8-11-12 My wife and I were getting ready to see our doctor, when we heard a loud noise. We checked the house and found that one of the garage door springs broke. We had no clue who to call and so we looked to our local phone book. We found the add for Precision garage door and called. They said they could be out within two to three hours. The technicion arrived in the time frame given. His name is J. Rodey. He was very professional, he checked the garage door, found some other problems and recommenden we replace the rollers and end bearings plus we asked if he could replace the bottom seal. We are very satisfied with the done by your technicion.

I have nothing to say,but, you have an excellent company. I have had Mike out for repairs twice in the last year, and he does a fantastic job. H answers any questions that you have about the product and explains how it works. He is friendly and professional at all times. In both times that he has been out for repairs it has been late in the afternoon and early evening. Even though he has already put in a long day, you would't realize it with his attitude. You have a great employee in Mike. Keep up the good work.
