Quick response to initial call about a broken part. They were ahead of schedule and called on my cell. Very courteous and as I was driving to meet them called again with questions so they could be ready upon my arrival. They then explained all the options, prices, alternatives, in writing on the i pad. They programmed the cars to control the door and explained other I phone options. They were thorough in their work, were concerned that everything was done correctly, and even called in assistance due to the size of the ultimate work. Joshua Figueroa and his assistant Wayne were excellent. The company was recommended to us by our AC team and they were right on. Thank you.

Thank you Precision Door. Your Residential Technician Joshua Figueroa was excellent. He was very knowledgable and took the time to explain what was wron, how it most likely occured and gave us various options on what we needed and what each step would cost. Joshua was very timely on making our repair. Our fix although was rather expensive, but fair, and because of the type of tech that Joshua was we will definatley be using Prcision Overhead door for our future needs. Called for a broken spring. I would first say that the service techs that were sent were extremely nice and courteous and made the repairs as needed. I absolutely felt that the pricing was way too high! Never expected to pay $740 for spring replacements and not even the top line springs. Granted that the labor was included but springs just don't cost that much! A door sensor appeared to go bad at the same time which I said I would replace and looked up pricing for an OEM replacement $39. They ended up replacing it at no cost but their invoice price for the sensor was $240 which again they did not charge me for but clearly showing that there price structure is way out of line.

Another wonderful experience with Precision. Joshua called to tell me that he was on his way and he arrived exactly when he said he would. When he got here he listened to what I think was a problem with my garage door pad and he advised me what could be done. I asked him if he would also just look over all the other components in the garage to see what might need to be repaired anytime in the near future. He gave me an estimate for all the work to be done and told me there was no pressure if I couldn’t do it all at one time. He was very friendly and very professional and I would definitely ask for Joshua as a tech again.

Garage door cables snapped so our full size car was parked in a single car garage...not good. Called Precision as they were recommended to me from someone who had them for their garage door replacement and were extremely satisfied. Joshua Figueroa came to our aid by replacing all the old cables and springs with the new Torsion cable system...wow! what a difference as it is so quiet now. Joshua is the best! He does quality work as if it was his own. He was pleasant and polite. My recommendation is to request Joshua if you live in Pinellas County.

Joshua Figueroa from Precision Garage Doors is outstanding! We moved onto a house with 2 garage doors. One had not been serviced in years and one had not been opened for over 5 years and had no opener.. MY NEIGHBOR USED PRECISION OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR TO REPLACE THEIR DOOR SPRING, AND I SAW THEIR ADVERTISEMENT IN THE HOME MAG.
