Zack came out and was courteous and kind. Showed us the different areas causing the problem and wasn’t trying to sell us anything. He gave us several options and we ended up getting a new opener and several other parts for the door. Works great now and is much quieter. Really happy with the work and will request him again if we need any help in the future.

I had both springs replaced on my overhead door today. The technician (Zachery) arrived within the allotted window and replaced both springs. Zachery was kind and professional and a pleasure to have a conversation with. I don't know if they are the cheapest, but they sure know how to hire top notch employees.

Service was good however severely overpriced parts I needed were Linear sensor eyes and charged $245 These were available on the internet for $20 and something I could have installed in 15 minutes

The person that came for the estimate did a great job. The person that did the install also did a great job. We had the door, motor and all the and all the hardware replaced. This company did a great job and I'd recommend them to anyone.

The technician (Zack H) was very professional and explained my options without trying to sell me something I didn't need. Will use you for future garage door needs. Our old garage door opener used to squeak and strain going up and down. It finally just quit working all together. Zack from Precision Overhead Door replaced the springs and put in a new lifter. He did a great job, and even explained how to program the remotes with my wife's car. He was very professional and polite. Thanks so much for taking care of us!

Precision is always very reliable and is quick to respond to my needs. Zac was excellent very personable and was able identify my issue quickly and then explained the issue and the issue was repaired I have had precision many times fir different issues and have been satisfied each time with the outcome
