This is the second time I have had a precision tech out, first to replace the garage door over 6 years ago, and second to as to repair the door. Like the last tech, this one was just as polite and professional. He walked me through the process and helped prioritize what needed to bed fixed and what can wait. Definitely recommend them for your garage repairs and/or replacement.

She kept me abreast of her ETA and arrived on time. Once she diagnosed my issue, she offered me several options. We went with the option that works best for us at this time. Our technician, Lewis Price provided great service! He called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He was knowledgeable about our garage door model. He priced the replacement springs and bearings fairly. He was customer friendly and willing to answer my questions. He performed the service in a reasonable amount of time.
