I called on Christmas Eve when my motor started making some loud noises and hesitating. Jay came out within an hour and diagnosed the issues and was able to install a new motor and track same day. He did very neat work with all the wiring and installation. It works very well now and has been running smoothly. The receptionist who took my call and Jay both did an excellent job in taking care of everything so I could enjoy Christmas was my family. Thank you Precision, for the wonderful service!

Garage door opener failed while we were away. I called this morning and was able to get a "same day" appointment. The technician, Jorge Mariscal, arrived promptly and was very thorough in letting me know what was wrong (the opener was "fried" and had to be replaced.) On Christmas Day, my garage door opener cable broke. The next day December 26th, called Precision Garage Doors and was shocked to learn I could get a service appointment within 4 hours on the same day. Within two hours the service technician (Dylan) arrived and diagnosed my problem. Within 45 minutes a new belt drive was installed and my garage door opener was working as good as new! Dylan was very professional and did a great job!! Should my needs arise again, I would certainly not hesitate to use Precision Garage Doors in the future.
