I had service technician Aidan Blanchette, at my home on Friday 1/16. My unit that was not working was an old Craftsman from 2009. Aidan, diagnosed my problem, explained to me my options for repair or replace, as well as pricing on new models. Made my decision, and he went to work. He impressed me with his knowledge of the job at hand, plus his working skills to make my repairs. Job Well Done. Same day service, much Appreciated.

Recently had garage door serviced, and remotes replaced. The serviceman was on time, polite and informative thus the 3 stars. I paid the bill prior to looking at the receipt. I was charged $362 for two remotes. Plus $189 for the service. $189 for service seems reasonable. $362 for two remotes I could have purchased online for $40 each though? RIP OFF!! Edit: After posting this review and receiving a reply from customer service I called and spoke to someone who then put me in touch with a manager, he reviewed my invoice and stated I had been overbilled in error, the price I was charged is what a solo service to provide and program a remote was. He said, since a tech was already here, I should have been billed less and definitely not for each remote. Ultimately, I received a $263 refund. As I had already stated I did not have an issue with the service, just the billing, and I am very impressed they took the time to make this right. I would certainly use them again.

This is the second time I have had a precision tech out, first to replace the garage door over 6 years ago, and second to as to repair the door. Like the last tech, this one was just as polite and professional. He walked me through the process and helped prioritize what needed to bed fixed and what can wait. Definitely recommend them for your garage repairs and/or replacement.

Our technician, Lewis Price provided great service! He called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He was knowledgeable about our garage door model. He priced the replacement springs and bearings fairly. He was customer friendly and willing to answer my questions. He performed the service in a reasonable amount of time. He provided standard maintenance on the garage door before he left. I would recommend Lewis and would call Precision for service again. Dean McSpadden
