Had garage door problems so I called Precision because of TV ads & my next door neighbor used them & was very happy. They came out the next day on time with 2 persons. Showed them the problem. Gave them a few minutes to look over my problem, came back with a price. I took the price, they started ,fixed the door. Asked me several times if I had questions.
