My garage door spring broke at 8:00 at night and Luke came out the next day in the specified time frame and walked me through what needed to be done in a friendly and professional manner. This was my first time using Precision for replacement of my garage door springs. I had one that had broken. I was looking through my google search, and of three different companies, Precision picked up promptly and even better; they worked me into the schedule for same day service and this was following a major holiday. Which you would not expect, but I was hoping. James Long, was professional and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. He went the extra mile and an excellent representative for the company. The installer, Cody, was a real professional when he installed my new garage door opener, springs and header bearings. He explained exactly what he was doing and approx. how long it would take. After the installation was complete, he took his time to run through the new equipment and even showed me how to get the Genie App. so as to control my door from my phone. Getting a discount on all parts for being a Vet was an added bonus. Can't thank you guys enough.

The repairman (Arnold Simpson) was very knowledgeable, courteous, speedy, and professional. Precision installed a hurricane rated garage door. We were generally pleased with the company and the product. However, there were two installation issues. The bottom wall brackets supporting the tracks were mounted in the wrong location. More importantly, the tech neglected to check the auto-reversing safety features. These items led to the failure of the city inspection. Precision returned and corrected the problems and a second inspection passed.

I am a 30+yrs homeowner and had the unfortunate experience of my garage door spring breaking. I called Precision, as a previous customer, and spoke to Courtney who scheduled a same day service. My repair technician, Baylor B., was very professional and proficient. The repair was completed within 2hrs of the assessment and agreeing to a quoted cost which, to our satisfaction, fit our budget and was offered at a competitor’s price quote.

First let me thank you for your prompt response. And that I actually was greeted by a human not a voice mail. My request was politely handled and set up a visit for the next day. Your technician called to say he was on his way. I was impressed by his calming demeanor and his ability to explain what his actions to solve my problem would be. We discussed what maintenance would be beneficial in the future and I have received a quote of what that would cost and I certainly hope that Chris Poland will be available to perform this work. I will continue to select your company for maintenance of my garage door. My expectations were more than met and restored my confidence that I can trust my garage door to work properly.
