My name is James Walton and I am a disabled retired St. Petersburg Fire and rescue first responder. I served the citizens of St. Petersburg for 30 years before the line of duty injury forced me into retirement . I have been a customer of Precision Garage Door Company for a number of years. The employees have been professional , knowledgeable and customer friendly. Today Residential Technician Mr Aaron Whiteman was dispatched to my home . Aaron Represented the Company positively with his positive demeanor. He diagnosed the problem I was experiencing . Explained how he would resolve the issue and solved the problem. I am sure the company values employees like Mr. Whiteman. He took the time to explain what maintenance steps would add longevity to my doors. Thank you Aaron for everything you did for me. Sincerely, James Walton

I am so grateful for the great same day service I received from Precision Garage Doors. My tech Braxton was professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job replacing our old unit. I had 2 horrible experiences with 2 other companies trying to get our garage door fixed, I should have called Precision first, and in the future they are the only company I will call! I was also very happy with the price of the new unit and install, they gave a military discount and were significantly less the the other quote I was given.

We had Precision Door put in our garage door opener about 1 1/2 years ago. Needed to reset my keypad and replace spring and rollers this year. Jared came out and gave me a quote and then did the work. He was professional and walked me through everything he was doing/did. Easy to work with.

Wow, if you need any type of work done on your Garage door , give them a call I called them in the morning and they were out in the afternoon! Talk about great service ! I called them about a small part on the door to be fix ! No job too small. While the tech was here I had Him do a complete check ! It’s been a while , he check everything ! Fix a few things that needed taking care of, before he even started the job , he told me what it would cost! The tech’s name was Sammy, very nice , very friendly and very knowledgeable at what he does! He told me how long it would take to do the job and he got it done in that time frame! From when I first called them and to the end , everyone should get 5 stars for a job well done ! This company is an easy 5 stars ! Once again Thank you !! 2/3/26

Our spring broke on Saturday morning. We called Precision because we had used them before and were satisfied. The repairman was here by 2:30. He had the spring and bearings replaced quickly. His name is Chad. He was courteous and professional and made us feel confident that the job was being done right. You have an excellent employee in Chad. We will highly recommend Precision.

I called Precision because of my previous experience with them - I didn't consider calling anyone else when I needed service- they are definitely the best around. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain what they found and what my options are - both repair and replacement.

Tyler and Sherman from Precision Garage Door did an outstanding job installing my new garage doors. They were punctual, professional, and clearly very experienced. The installation was done carefully and efficiently, with great attention to detail, and everything operates smoothly. They took the time to explain how everything works, answered my questions, and left the area clean when they were finished. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door, and especially Tyler and Sherman, for anyone needing garage door installation or service.
