Our technician, Lewis Price provided great service! He called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He was knowledgeable about our garage door model. He priced the replacement springs and bearings fairly. He was customer friendly and willing to answer my questions. He performed the service in a reasonable amount of time. I had the most professional, kind- hearted, knowledgeable, patient Young Man by the name of Chris McVeigh. Although the job was a little pricy being that Ive had atleast 3 different Techs out over the course of a year replacing the motor twice and then the influx of repairs made on 1/5/26 but much needed, Chris went the extra mile in consulting with management to lower the price just a little. That's what you call true CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Precision Garage is a company you can count on. Fast, efficient and always there when I need them. Both techs did a great job replacing everything except the motor, chain and bar assy, safety eye lights. They used everything from the old door. Didn't know that. Every truck needs a broom and dust pan and a blower. Also the truck in the driveway leaked gas and oil. The initial measurements were incorrect and they had to wait for additional parts. Almond color Door was the perfect match to the house trim. Thanks for my beautiful door

I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Doors and their technician Mike Beckum. The installation of my new opener went quickly and Mike even programmed all my automobile remotes for me. My old opener was over 21 years old and long overdue for replacement as it had started to fail constantly. I am throughly pleased with my new system and it works flawlessly.

We’ve been using Precision Garage Door in Clearwater for years, and they’ve never let us down. A few days ago, we finally had enough of our HOA’s landscapers blowing water and debris into the garage, so we called Precision to replace the weather stripping. They were out here the very next day and got it done fast. The tech knew his stuff, the work was clean, and the price was a lot more reasonable than I was bracing for. During that same visit, he also pointed out a few other things that needed attention: some trim, a loose bracket, and a frayed cable. We scheduled them to come back right after the new year, and they actually showed up on New Year’s Day to knock it all out. They had the right crew, there was no drama, and they finished the whole job for about $500–$600 less than the other quotes we’d gotten. What really makes them stand out is the extra care. They walked us through the overall condition of the door, gave us a heads-up on when the spring might need to be replaced down the road, and lubed everything up. They even left us a full bottle of lubricant. When they were finished, they cleaned up every single screw and shaving. You wouldn’t even know they’d been here. We were again VERY impressed - THANK YOU! Friendly, respectful, on time, and skilled, with fair pricing. Thank you so much!!! I can’t recommend Precision Garage Door enough. If you want the job done right the first time so you don’t have to worry about it again, call them.

We had a new garage door opener installed and the key pad outside and the opener that is in the car in October 2025. Last night my husbands car opener didn't work. Also, the outside key pad sometimes didn't work. I called Precision today and a tech came within an hour. He fixed the car opener and replaced the key pad outside. I highly recommend Precision.
