Broke a spring and within 3 hours on Sunday evening, Chris McVeigh was there and took care of it so I could get my car out Monday morning for work. He remembered having fixed our other door several years ago, and it is still functioning great.

Very bad experience. After the installation of an expensive garage door, my door stopped working properly only three days later. I was told that my motor (which was almost new) wasn't powerful enough, and they tried to sell me a new motor. Another technician simply made an adjustment, which proves that the problem stemmed from their installation. Lack of professionalism and disappointing business practices.

A professional technician (Isak) arrived exactly as scheduled. He was clean, courteous, and professional. Isak clearly explained what was needed for repairs after he completed troubleshooting. A professional written estimate was presented with a clear and concise description of the work needed for repairs, as well as recommended maintenance work on the door. The repair was completed in a timely fashion, the work area was left clean and Isak reviewed the repair with me and demonstrated operation of the door before leaving the job. I only wish more businesses were run like this one!

Had Great Previous experience with Precision. No Different this service call. MY door was making a slamming sound on closing and would have this snap sound about 1/3 of the way open. My service person open and closed the door a couple times and said he knew what was wrong. Finding a honest and dependable business is a great pleasure. My tech told me it would be covered under warranty. Amazing. My door sound smooth and quite again. Thanks
