I was able to get an appointment right away. The technican called when he was close by. He was very polite and explained everything to me. Customer service was also very good. I highly recommend this company.

Chris showed up in the time window and was very professional. He went over the options in a clear and concise manner. I chose to get the new garage door opener with a battery back-up. He had the needed supplies and went to work. He programmed everything, went over the needed instructions, and cleaned up after himself. I give Chris and Precision a 10+. I used them before and that's why I used them again. Have not been disappointed.

I called on 11/20/2025 the representative on the phone was helpful and scheduled a technician to come out the same day. The technician arrived on time his name is Sammy Rafraf. Sammy was professional, polite and clearly explained 2 options to fix my door. Sammy who went above and beyond to help me get a affordable price. Excellent customer service all around. We wanted to share our experience with Precision Garage Door Service. The first time we called a few months ago our garage door was hanging from the rollers on one side , but not on the other. When i called our usual garage door company, and they could not get us someone that evening. I called Precision for the first time and they had someone out within an hour! We were so relieved.We were so worried about the garage door falling off! The technician that came out was Jesus Dimasse. He was wonderful, i don't know how he did it , but he got that door back on the track, repaired rollers, did what he needed to get us back to safety with a working garage door! We were so appreciative. In the last week or so, we started to hear an extremely loud noise rattling in the garage door opener itself, we called Pricision and Jesus Dimasse was dispatched to our house again. He quickly figured out what the problem was and repaired it! He is an excellent technician, efficient, and friendly. Precision has new customers in us!

Earlier today, the wall console for our Linear garage door opener started malfunctioning. I called Precision Garage Door, and they sent a technician within one hour. The Technician was very professional and personable. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the console unit, inspected and service the garage door in a very timely manner. We are very pleased with the care we received. We felt like valued customers!
