Precision garage overhead door,send Tech Trevor to my address to repair garage door clicker. Trevor arrived quickly and was friendly and professional about doing his job. He diagnosed problem and repaired it quickly and professional. Overall experience was friendly, courtesy and knowledgeable. Overall experience was excellent.

The whole experience was excellent from appointment setting to completed service. The technician was super nice, communicative, and knowledgeable. 4 stars because I am not sure the price was competitive based on the retail cost of the materials and what I would expect for labor. If service is your priority would definitely recommend.

Backed into my garage door making a small dent and damaging weather strip. It was no emergency but Precision came out shortly after I called and had it repaired quickly. Very reasonable price and great service. Will be calling them whenever I need anything garage door related.

My technician was Chris McVeigh. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He arrived promptly for the appointment and was able to install new springs, drums, shaft and cables for my door. I would highly recommend.

He determined the time it would take to install, the price, procured a sizable discount with the installation and made suggestions to help our garage doors survive a hurricane. He was very polite, respectful, honest in helping us make decisions with options. We are very pleased with Precision choice of employees representing their company which we have entrusted them with our safety and functionality of our garage doors for decades.

I called Precision to service my garage door and advise me of any recommended repairs. The technician called me to give me an ETA and he arrived within the estimated time he provided. Upon arrival he listened to my concerns. He then prepared an estimate of all potential repairs. I chose to replace the springs only, that would allow me to physically lift the door in an emergency. He promptly executed the repair. He was excellent in his communication and there was no pressure, he just provided the data that I needed to make a decision. I highly recommend this business when you need kind, honest, and helpful experts to provide services for you.
