Initially I called to have a strut repaired. After examining the door with Frank the Tech, we agreed that the repair was necessary as well as replacement of the bearings, cables, pulleys, springs and various other components. The parts carry a 5 year warranty. A full garage door replacement carries a 3 year warranty. It made sense to replace the components and keep the garage door intact. Frank

Doug was very courteous, prompt and thorough; he did a great job of repairing our garage door to excellent working order! I also appreciated getting an email from you showing the pix of the techs, so we could know who was coming and feel safe. Alothough in our case, he got here before I picked up the email, for most appts., this is the epitome of professionalism to give the customer a safe way to know your tech is coming, and what to expect.
