Our technician, Lewis Price provided great service! He called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He was knowledgeable about our garage door model. He priced the replacement springs and bearings fairly. He was customer friendly and willing to answer my questions. He performed the service in a reasonable amount of time. I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Doors and their technician Mike Beckum. The installation of my new opener went quickly and Mike even programmed all my automobile remotes for me. My old opener was over 21 years old and long overdue for replacement as it had started to fail constantly. I am throughly pleased with my new system and it works flawlessly.

We had a new garage door opener installed and the key pad outside and the opener that is in the car in October 2025. Last night my husbands car opener didn't work. Also, the outside key pad sometimes didn't work. I called Precision today and a tech came within an hour. He fixed the car opener and replaced the key pad outside. I highly recommend Precision.

I was very pleased with the work that Jesus Dimasse performed to seal our garage door with new weather stripping. The Florida sun is brutal and after 7 years, it needed to be replaced. You installed our door 7 years ago and it is still in great shape, we will use you again when the time comes. Jesus was very professional and did a great job!! I also appreciated that he came out the same day I called for service!! Great start to 2026!!

I called on Christmas Eve when my motor started making some loud noises and hesitating. Jay came out within an hour and diagnosed the issues and was able to install a new motor and track same day. He did very neat work with all the wiring and installation. It works very well now and has been running smoothly. The receptionist who took my call and Jay both did an excellent job in taking care of everything so I could enjoy Christmas was my family. Thank you Precision, for the wonderful service!

I called Precision after hearing great things from neighbors, and as someone who works in the franchise industry and knows Precision’s parent company, Neighborly, very well, I knew I was calling the right company. From booking the appointment to dispatch communication, everything was seamless. Stephan was outstanding, professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, why it mattered, and fixed the issue quickly and cleanly….and my dog loved him. I never felt rushed or upsold, just well taken care of. Garage door opener failed while we were away. I called this morning and was able to get a "same day" appointment. The technician, Jorge Mariscal, arrived promptly and was very thorough in letting me know what was wrong (the opener was "fried" and had to be replaced.) Jorge gave me the various pricing options that were available. Installation was quick and was completed in about an hour. Thanks Jorge!

On Christmas Day, my garage door opener cable broke. The next day December 26th, called Precision Garage Doors and was shocked to learn I could get a service appointment within 4 hours on the same day. Within two hours the service technician (Dylan) arrived and diagnosed my problem. Within 45 minutes a new belt drive was installed and my garage door opener was working as good as new! Dylan was very professional and did a great job!! Should my needs arise again, I would certainly not hesitate to use Precision Garage Doors in the future.
