Once again, precision garage door came through when we had issues with our garage we called on a Saturday afternoon because I dark was stuck open and they were there by late afternoon that day.. we had the pleasure of doing business with Chad, who was very respectful very courteous very informative and precision garage door should be proud of him as an employee. He was able to get our door corrected and is running just fine now.. Precision Garage & Door ARE more expensive than many other garage door repair companies, but you can't beat their service.. They are dependable, efficient and knowledgeable employees.. I hope your company makes your employees feel appreciated, that is the major "must have" from your owners/bosses.. Happy employees makes happy customers, happy customers make happy owners,/bosses.

I had a fantastic experience with Precision. We just moved into our new home and the spring on one of our garage doors snapped. I called and Sean came out same day to replace the spring and actually ended up replacing all the mechanisms on both doors as well as replacing one of the motors that was older. The price was great, but even more so the job was done very well and professionally. I appreciate Sean's hard work and working around all the boxes and junk in our garage from only being in the new house for about a week. I highly recommend this company and Sean's work!

This is the second time I’ve had to call precision, different reason each time. They are very quick to come out and fix the problem! Technician Josh is amazing! Very nice guy and very knowledgeable, he does not pressure you to make decisions at that moment, because these problems can get very expensive. I will request Josh every time I call precision and I will not use any other garage door business!

Had a great experience. Our opener broke down. We called Precision and they were here within 2 hours as promised. Jeffrey our technician was courteous friendly and very professional. The process was perfect from start to finish. Andrew and trainee gave a great price for impact garage door and new opener. They beat their competitors. The scheduler I think his name was Ethan if I got that wrong sorry, he was phenomenal. The installer did a great job, permit arrived on time in the mail and inspection is complete. Stay away from American Garage Door their website is fake and are not licensed Pinellas Park/Fort Meyers they also go by Garage & Gates Services. Stick with the professionals. Precision was awesome.

When I was comparing door installation firms, I asked each of them to provide me with as much detail as possible. Specifically, I asked for the manufacturer the door. The gauge of the metal used what kind of insulation material, the R value, the wind rating, etc, etc. Precision was the only firm that was able to provide me with all of the specifics that I was looking for right during the estimate phase. Other people I had to chase down for the information. Precision was competitively priced, in fact, a little bit lower than other quotes, and the level of the workmanship is truly outstanding. I have a background in construction and a background in performing inspections. So I stood by and just watched the installers work. I was very impressed by the quality of the workmanship and by the meticulous attention to detail. I am very, very pleased.
